DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY EVER!!!! Used the storage facility over the summer for college. When I returned back in August, my storage unit was missing numerous items, some irreplaceable and some replaceable. I had not realized this until after I left the facility and they had already closed for the day. I made a call the next day and the desk lady no remorse or answer for my missing items, probably due to the fact that she was the one that broke into my storage. I hope no one ever does business with this woman or this company. I hope that you enjoyed the items you stole from me that I worked 3 jobs the prior semester before coming to Baylor.
