The coaches and staff are phenomenal! The coaches have been incredibly intentional with helping me know which classes to take according to my fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! My son also does the rookie class and it’s been sweet to workout with him.

D1 is an amazing place with really nice people. It has an amazing energy that you couldn’t find anywhere else. The trainers are outstanding and are always really nice. D1 is definitely a place to consider if you’re looking for the best trainers and the best training environment.
