Pharmacy is garbage. Always have 1 person running the drive thru and the register regardless of how many people are working. Slow and rude and fail to order medication when they receive the prescription.

Horrible experience!! I'm waiting to get my medicine and she is refusing service. It's already paid for Im told to wait few minutes when all she has to do is hand me my medicine before I'm late. Not very good customer service. She doesn't seem to want to help anyone. Must not like her job. Fancy doctor/nurse degree and but not eager to do her job. Sad

The girls who work in the pharmacy are rude and rather make you back in a long line rather than fill your prescription. There is always issues at this location choose another CVS or go to Walgreens, HEB you will be much happier.

A pharmacy that closes for lunch is crazy to me live 30 min away and have to wait to get your meds and then the line is so long it’s insane.Trying to get everything moved to Walgreens or Walmart so I don’t have to do this anymore.

This has to be one of the worst CVS I have ever been too. The bathrooms were locked. I was let into a dirty restroom. If you have that type of control they should be clean. Monique the pharmacist took my prescription order. It had been placed at 2pm. It was not ready. She told me 15 minutes so I sat down. She never called me up. Finally I went up to the counter to check. She dug through a pile of prescriptions to find it. I have switched to a mail order service. I only use a pharmacy for emergency situations. I will be changing to a d pharmacy. She was rude I will not return for any service or purchase at this CVS

This place turns you away from their prevention vaccines. They told a person ahead of me they had to schedule their covid vaccine online. Like why is it posted everyone online and offline that CVS accepts walk-ins. Apparently if you do not have insurance, they treat you very poorly. I do have insurance but as a bystander watching this it was very disturbing and unprofessional. They left to go elsewhere and I did too.

I went to the store earlier today for a Covid booster. The woman in the pharmacy could not have been less helpful when trying to schedule an appointment. thankfully the CVS at target in Waco was the exact opposite. They should be commended.R Jensen MD

On September 26th 2022, during the 1:00 p.m. hour the cashier at the front register was very rude. Older white lady that needs to retire, because she clearly hate minorities!!!!
