CVS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. Wrong doses on medication. One time the pharmacy tech walked out for lunch, with me standing in line. She looked right at me and left. The foreign pharmacist was a JERK to me and my fiance. NEVER AGAIN CVS!!Another time I was in line at 7:30. The tech took a break while I was in line...came back 10 mins later to tell me they were closed.CVS IS THE WORST! I gave them a chance, back to H-E-B pharmacy.

DO NOT go here. The head pharmacist Sydney sold my prescription to the wrong person and now refuses to fill my prescription and tried to hide behind her computer from me. Unbelievable, truly.

I have been using CVS for about 10 years now and couldn’t be happier. I switched from Walgreens and so glad I did. I have never had a medication mix up, Staff and pharmacist are super helpful and kind. I am the caregiver for my 90 year old mother and between her meds and mine that’s a lot to keep up with. With the drug plan I have, most of the time I don’t pay anything.

Just returned from attempting to pickup my mom's eye drops for glaucoma. Mom is 82. She is retired from civil service and my recently deceased dad was a 23 year Air Force veteran. Their secondary insurance is Aetna. Several months ago Aetna purchased CVS and forced ALL Aetna insured to get their meds at CVS. We weren't happy about leaving Walgreens where we receive excellent and professionally mature service. The bottom line is this: CVS stopped accepting Tricare, which is the insurance for retired military and the insurance that picks up the copay left from Aetna. Now, my mom pays a great deal more for her Rx due to this scam. During the acquisition of CVS Aetna bragged about how much LESS seniors will pay. The American Medical Association is publicly against this buyout. While at Target, CVS, a grossly inappropriate young woman passive/aggressively walked off accusing me of rudeness. When we called Aetna to file a complaint, we were told they receive many complaints about the unprofessional behavior at CVS pharmacies across the nation. The greed of Aetna and CVS has compromised service and the budgets of seniors. Disgusting.Poor customer service. This is why we left CVS a couple of years ago. Insurance is forcing us to go back. Zero accountability, particularly with the elderly.

I went in today to pick up my husbands prescription and there was a rather long line. This wasn't because there wasn't enough workers but because one tech was doing all the work while the other one was sitting down and was on her cellphone. The young man who helped me made sure everything was right and was very polite. I would have picked up the prescription much faster if the female tech had been doing her job.

It's a typical drug store. They carry an assortment of this and that, stuff you didn't know that you "needed" until you saw it. A fairly large "as seen on TV" aisle.

I spent most of the night in the er in with my husband. Being memorial day not manly places were open this morning and he couldnt wait til later. Got to target cvs and the yound man helping me told me that my insurance was no longer in network with them. He tells me but i can put discount cards on it to bring it down. Thank him. He told me it would be a 15 min wait but it was really like 5. Everyone here was so happy to help. And it made my day a little easier and less stress free.

Not the brightest people working there. It may take them quite some time to find your prescription (alphabetically), and dealing with them on the phone can be frustrating. The way this pharmacy is situated, customers can be backed up into the aisles, and new people come up and don't know where the "line" is, or whether the two registers are open or only one. Which might change as one of the employees may just go off and you don't know if he or she is coming back or not. So you will probably not be helped in the order in which you came, and forget having any privacy - your name, dob, address and what you are taking will be heard by all customers surrounding you.
