Safe to say this place is not where you would want to get service at or work at, the employees are treated unfairly and wrong. Most of the times the store is closed during business hours, the manager Luis is unprofessional and rude. I hope corporate closes down this company that is running cricket wireless and ruining their image!!!!!!!

Was looking to save money and get updated phones without the over pay from metro. Ran into a lil snag on my end but other than that it was worth going got all new phones discounts all around and worth the switch from metro. The employees there are so patient and very nice

We arrived shortly after the posted hour for opening, 9:00. The store is closed. We waited, called, and gave the staff the benefit of doubt. 10:00 and no one here, store still closed. I suggest that you change your info on the web and the storefront. Disappointed.

I was there earlier today to get help with my phone and the worker was not clearly feeling well. They were coughing and overall looked sick. With the omicron variant of covid I did not feel comfortable and will be making a complaint to corporate about the experience. If this is how cricket treats it's customers and employees I will no longer be a cricket customer.
