?Go to any other cricket location. I literally had the baddest customer service experience here in this location. Noelia R was the representative that was supposed to be working on my phone and she messed up my phone also and I wasn't able to make any calls went to another location and and thank god they were able to fix it. Train yalls employees better please. ?

go to literally any other cricket in waco, i went to move a line into my account on 9/27/23 around 5pm, the girl there didn’t do her job right so the phone i added wasn’t making any calls. we went back, she messed with the phone and made it worse. then started claiming iphone 12s were recalled and wouldn’t work with any carriers. train your employees better, they shouldn’t be running around spreading false info and shouldn’t be left alone if they have no idea what they’re doing.

Went in, to see if they could fix my app account , they we're rude didn't even help fix my app cause I was locked out of it! Iam never going back there !

for some reason i feel like everyone on the reviews is not being honest. i attempt to call this location multiple times on different days and i get no answer, i get sent off to voicemail almost every single time. the very few times i have been picked up its always a very rude unsettling answer. its just a straight flat "hello", unlike other locations that will say thank you for calling etc etc. the ladies here are very rude and seem to not want to help at times. no ladies speak spanish as well. whatever it is they are doing seems to be a well put on act. veronica needs to do a better job at training her location.
