This place has a very positive atmosphere as soon as I walk through the door everybody's so helpful and so sweet anytime I bring my cat or my dogs to get examined.

The best vet service anyone could ask for! Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dog. Walking in and have never been there before. We were welcomed and taken care of right away.
My dog ended up needing surgery and needed to stay a few nights for treatment and recovery. We were called every day that he was there with updates along with visiting hour time. 5 stars isn’t enough to thank them for how wonderful they are !!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. They were uncompassionate and no help to our Billygoat, who is not just a farm animal for us, but as a member of our family after attempting to do an ultrasound and seeming to fail and attempting to tube him and not being able to do it properly. After telling them, what the problem is, they decided that we needed to go to A&M or put him down. And after not wanting to do either because I knew I could get him proper help. They made me sign a piece of paper saying I was going against medical advice. Got him home treated him for what I told them it was After being told, I was taking him home today. He is doing much better today. I have already To the board. And I will be reporting this clinic as well I do not if If they are getting some kind of reward for sending people to A&M, but this seems to be like a common thing for them They did not even try to help the Billygoat. They let us know that we need to take him to A&M after filling to do just an ultrasound

One of our chihuahuas was bitten by a copperhead. Our vet didn't have anti-venom and referred us to Cotton wood Creek . Everyone that worked there was helpful, kind, and competent. Our dog was seen as soon as we arrived. The vets, vet techs, and front desk staff were all very caring and explained what needed to be done. Our dog spent the night and two days and is well on her way to a complete recovery. It's nice to know such a wonderful pet hospital is located in Waco! We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and cleanliness of the nice facility just off highway 6.

Yesterday morning, I went to Durant Animal Hospital to have my dog undergo a c-section. However, I was turned away because they told me my dog was at a "reverse level of 15," which I knew was scientifically incorrect since she was 64 days pregnant. On the way back to Waco, my dog's mucus plug came out in the car. I called Cottonwood Vet, and they made it a priority to get me in. The doctor who performed the c-section had a shining aura about herself and took great care of my fur baby. Despite hearing horror stories in the past, I highly recommend them based on my great experience.

Very friendly staff, felt very welcomed! They have an avian Vet, I needed help with my chicken. She was great & diagnosed the illness quickly. Will most deff come back if I need them again!

I would absolutely NOT recommend Cottonwood Creek to treat your animals!! I brought my dachshund there and had a horrible experience with Dr. Baugh and Dr. Curts negligences.

Every single person that works here is amazing!! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful and treat my dogs amazing! The veterinarian and her veterinarian tech were so nice and loved on my dog. He felt so comfortable...I also have taken my tortoises there for toenail and beak trimming. I am completely satisfied with their care!

We had to have our girl put to sleep she couldn't walk ,wouldn't eat quit drinking water I couldn't get anyone to help me cause we weren't a patient of there's this place was so awesome they were so nice caring and compassion I would recommend this place 100 percent
