Conns can be good for building credit and they have a nice variety of furniture. However, they have a third party delivery team, that do not seem to be trained. One of the guys delivering my refrigerater opened the door and was lifting it by the door. Then they took the doors off to get it in the house. One door was taller than the other and wouldnt seal. And good luck getting it delivered if you have to work because they are NO GOOD at accomidating the customer on their schedule. Its all according to their schedule. The time before this I ordered a couch, the delivery people put a big dent in my front door moving it in the house then the couch would not recline so I sent it back. I think their merchandise looks nice, but is cheaply built, by the time they add on all of their insurance and warranties you are paying double for what you buy. And good luck ever trying to remove a warranty or insurance it takes them months to finally do it after calling numerous times. I will be shopping else where in the future!!

The customer service we received from the time we walked in until the time we left was absolutely amazing! Jonathan went above and beyond to help us. We didn’t feel pressured at all and he allowed us to decide on the refrigerator we wanted but gave us helpful info and details on any questions we had. The manager Derrick was awesome as well!

Zach was absolutely amazing when I went in to purchase a new mattress! He’s professional, knowledgeable, patient and has a great sense of humor! I would’ve given 5 stars, but I ran into some issues due to the corporate marketing tactics… free shipping and $100 off, free 55” tv - but we can give you 10% off instead of the tv, “What we Offer - haul away”… firstly told it was up to the driver’s discretion, then told ok it costs $39. So definitely corporate marketing tactics and not cool. Puts the sales staff in a tough position.

Went in to purchase a refrigerator and we was immediately approached and told we had to fill out a credit report why we had the money to pay it in full we wasn’t looking for payments but ok we played along but because out checks was not direct deposit we wasn’t allowed to buy anything and was walked out the door like we was criminals we went elsewhere for our refrigerator and we will never go back here

Shopping at Cannes was painless as well as a pleasant experience. I thought I was going to be in there being hassled about prices as well as trying to negotiate a deal that fits my budget. It was completely opposite. I went in there for one thing which I had a price point found what I want it in the customer service representative name Zach made everything painless, He dis everything in a competent manner to where he explained everything in detail. It’s been a while since I bought anything and paid it monthly but I can assure you this will not be my last time I shop at Conns. Great job !!
