Second time visiting for occupational health items. Same story two times.Made a 10A appt time and I’ve been waiting going on 2hrs to be called back.This clinic runs sloooow. Avoid and visit elsewhere if you have the option.Was told that I wasn’t placed in the “scheduled visits” column by the front desk.

My Physical Therapist, Madison Zimmerman, has been great. She gives me exercises to help my injured hand. Explains very well and this makes my exercises at home work very well for me also.Dr Kirven has also been great at listening too, while watching how my injury is progressing and instructing me on what is in my best interest to help heal the quickest.I highly recommend Dr Sharon Kirven, Madison Zimmerman, PT and the staff at Waco Concentra.

This may be a good place to go to for a sore throat or the sniffles but not recommend for broken bones.I went through weeks of horrible pain. I kept expressing it to them just to hear the words " we can not remove the cast to do an X ray. its normal, go home and take some Tylenol. Here is your work release for you to go into work." I went through many nights of little or no sleep. My body was so stressed and exhausted. I had no energy to get up to do self care which now I am now paying for. It was not until I was able to see a specialist three weeks later to find out my bones were shifting and I was at the brink of permanent damage. He pulled me out of work and gave me some pain relief. I was finally able to sleep a little more and I did not feel I was having constant anxiety attacks from fighting pain. He quickly got me in for surgery. It has almost been a year since then. I am still having issues I choose not to bring up as I am treated like a crazy lady. I do have some permanent damage I feel if I was taken seriously from the start, may not be as bad.The reason for two stars is for the physical therapist. She was so sweet and amazing. The other star of for that nice nurse who saw me after the third time I was there and saw my sling was not at all supportive and fixed me up with something that did support my arm and wrist. Wish I could give them more stars but that will make it look like I enjoyed Concentra.Please, if you are a looking for somewhere to go for a workmans comp injury, try other places.

I am not happy with the service provided at Concentra. The first time I was there it was a good service even though they did not give me any strong medication for the pain and then I had to return because the pain I had due to my work accident got worse and in Instead of supporting me and trying to see how I could reduce my pain, the doctor removed my work restrictions and she sent me back to work without the restrictions even though I expressly told her that my pain was not decreasing, to which she replied. "it's normal you just need rest" when I don't think that worsening back pain is normal and instead leave the restrictions on me she take them off as I please I let the doctor know specifically for that reason I was returning and when she removed my restrictions they were going to put me in heavy work area and I didn't feel comfortable with my back to be able to do it even to which the doctor responded that you can come back whenever you want and You feel bad and to which I told her that was the reason why I had returned to see her and instead of supporting me she told me that she would free me because she couldn't do anything for me that I would visit my private doctor. and I asked them if I could speak to someone in Spanish because maybe I wasn't expressing how I felt in the appropriate way. i mention to them My English is not very good and she knew it from the beginning and when the doctor told me that I told them that if I could please talk to someone in Spanish to which they replied that they would call me back with an interpreter who Could you help me. This happened on Thursday, March 7, and to this day they have never contacted me.

I had a great experience the the front staff was amazing so helpful. The doctor was very nice and the person who did the test was very thorough and answered all the questions that I needed answered. I was very satisfied with everything that I did good people.

The last time I was here for a workers comp case the staff was less than professional. I would call to set up an appointment and they would either keep me on hold forever and then hang up or just hang up. To get an appointment it would take numerous calls. They would take my number for a call back and rarely would. I had to fight to get a check up on other injured areas besides the obvious broken wrist. Second time around after a lawyer let's see if anything improved.Update: Once again I'm told I have to be at therapy today at 11:30 am!! I'm there able and willing....guess who isn't? The rehab therapist. At 11:30 or at all that day so I have to wait for them to figure out the schedules (communicate with each other) and then let me know. So when I'm told I ACTUALLY have to show up for therapy ....I'm not the problem.

The lobby was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice, accommodating and friendly. There was minimal wait time. I was also informed of the chain of custody of the specimen and would be told when the lab has the results from the specimen .
