“We visited this Office Depot located in Waco, Texas on June 17, 2024. The outside of the store and parking lot isn’t very appealing but once you enter the store it’s awesome. You are properly greeted by a welcome and can I help you. This is very refreshing. While we were shopping at this location the GM talked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this location.”

“Me and my boyfriend came in, and we're having the worst trouble with a hotspot. The assistant manager JT was the best person we could have talked to. He walked us through everything, and provided help that calmed us down because we were a little upset with the hotspot. If I could rate this best buy and their employees, i would do a 12/10! Awesome customer service, and we will be coming here for anything we ever purchase!”

“Computer Giant was able to bring my son’s gaming computer back from the dead. They were kind, professional and thorough. There was a mishap with the second hard drive that made the repair take more time, but they did not charge us for the recovery and kept us informed throughout the process. I would absolutely take my computer there again, and they have gained customers for life.”
