Computer Giant was able to bring my son’s gaming computer back from the dead. They were kind, professional and thorough. There was a mishap with the second hard drive that made the repair take more time, but they did not charge us for the recovery and kept us informed throughout the process. I would absolutely take my computer there again, and they have gained customers for life.

This is the best place to repair your electronic devices. The hospitality i received from staff was amazing. He was very polite and very friendly. I went to fix my laptop and am super happy that i chose this place. If you are thinking to repair your device, you won't find better than this place in terms of hospitality, affordability, and speedy repair.

I visited this location a few weeks ago looking for a wall charger for a dinosaur laptop. I had tried the big box stores and other locations known for having electronics that could possibly help. I didn’t get much of anything other than someone trying to sell me a new laptop. I have a new model MacBook that I use regularly. I needed to charge the old laptop in order to get some music that I had downloaded to it from a cd. The disc is nowhere to be found so my only way to get that music was from the laptop. I walked in and was greeted by Josh. I told him what I was needing and he went through several plastic bins that contained different styles and design chargers. He was able to find one that worked with my laptop. The service I received was great and I couldn’t thank Josh enough for his help. Not once did he try to sell me anything and instead focused on what I was looking for. Thank you so much Josh. Sorry it took so long for me to post this review. This business deserves local business as well as anyone who is in the area. Again thank you Josh and Computer Giant!!
