Extremely poor customer service! Miss information on Chase employees part should not have been taken out on the customers! You guys are a huge staple in the banking industry but yet a front face of Chase represented you guys so poorly! Location in Hewitt Tx extremely disappointed by Keri’s inadequate customer service!

How are you not going to have an ATM inside the bank? Makes no sense. One ATM on drive thru is all they have.

When the branch managers tells me thank you for bringing in receipts. SO IT CAN BE EASY ON HER TO MAKE A DECISION IF MY MONEY WILL BE SENT OUT. What a joke.

All I can say about Chase Bank is there amazing I purchased an item off of iTunes . iTunes turned around and kept ordering this product over and over until it completely emptied my bank account I notified Chase they completely fixed the situation with no hassle the associate I talk to on the phone was amazing and 100% knew exactly what to do and what they were doing two weeks later iTunes calls me and asked me why I didn’t go through them first I think the answer is obvious this bank goes above and beyond thank you Chase

This branch is only one of two in Waco, it takes me 25 minutes to get here from where I live outside the city and nearly every time the ATM is broken which my only option is to drive another 15 minutes to the other location not knowing if that ATM works or not. This is very upsetting having only one ATM per location, why can't we get another one inside the lobby accessible after hours with our chase card like modern branches do in other areas/states at least giving us a chance to access another one while the drive up one is broken. Disappointing ATMs are not available on a weekend especially a holiday weekend like this one. I will consider moving my banking needs to another company after this, been a customer for decades.
*Update - I waited 50 minutes for the tech to finish working on the machine, I was then able to deposit cash into my account.

Outside ATM is always not accepting cash or not working. Thinking about changing banks tbh because I finding myself going to other ATM at a different bank and paying a fee to withdraw or having to waste my time on my lunch break the next day, to walk into a chase bank to get or deposit money from my account. Fix your stuff or just Close the branch down because this is ridiculous it's every week that is down or broke or maybe keep the doors open to 6 and not 5 so working people can get their money or make a deposit.

First off, noone answers the phone. Secondly, I remember the days where you used to be able to walk into a bank, put your name down to be seen and wait until you're called. The last time I went inside to discuss opening a savings account with someone I was hassled about doing it online over the app and told "it's so simple you could easily do it yourself." I told the man I didn't really want to do it online myself because I had questions I needed answers to. Again he pressured me to just do it online myself and basically told me if I wanted to see someone I needed to get on the app and book an appointment. So I went home and opened my savings account over the app. Fast forward a month and my savings account is withdrawing money from my checking account which is exactly what I didn't want to happen but that option was not given to me through the "incredibly simple, do it yourself" app. So I ended up having to go back a month later and see someone in person anyway to get that straightened out. It's just really annoying to me how businesses want their customers to do everything online by themselves. What do you get paid for if I have to do everything myself online?
