Extremely poor customer service! Miss information on Chase employees part should not have been taken out on the customers! I have had more issues with this bank than any other bank I’ve used, horrible customer service, I’m positive they are crooks. Employees are trash their attitude is trash all the way around horrible experiences with chase bank

Opened a checking account and there was a promotion for a money incentive when linking a direct deposit to it; I was told by the young lady who opened it for me that it would automatically apply it to my account when it was linked. A month has gone by since it was linked and nothing, called corporate was told that I needed a code that should've been emailed, I was never given one. Called this store (that I opened it with) and was told it's too late and there's nothing that can be done since it has been too long even though I never received a code and the employee told me it would happen automatically. Closing my account because they lie.

When the branch managers tells me thank you for bringing in receipts. SO IT CAN BE EASY ON HER TO MAKE A DECISION IF MY MONEY WILL BE SENT OUT. What a joke.

BEWARE! My sweet amazing beautiful father banked there for 40 years. They detected fraud on his account but never told him and he lost over $16,000, because at 85 years old, he didn't catch it until 4 months later. Shame on you Chase Bank for screwing over a senior citizen!!!

All I can say about Chase Bank is there amazing I purchased an item off of iTunes . iTunes turned around and kept ordering this product over and over until it completely emptied my bank account I notified Chase they completely fixed the situation with no hassle the associate I talk to on the phone was amazing and 100% knew exactly what to do and what they were doing two weeks later iTunes calls me and asked me why I didn’t go through them first I think the answer is obvious this bank goes above and beyond thank you Chase
