I have banked with Chase for about five years, primarily using their credit cards and online services. While my experiences with customer service over the phone have often been frustrating, this particular Chase bank location completely changed my perception. The customer service here is outstanding.
I visited in the afternoon to open a new checking account and was warmly greeted by Ms. Sheriel. I decided to start a Total Chase Checking account and was pleasantly surprised to receive a bonus for opening the account. Mr. Brewster, the banker who assisted me, was excellent. He upgraded my account due to my military background and clearly explained the steps I needed to take to receive the bonus. I truly appreciate his time and assistance.
Bernice, my teller, along with the rest of the team, worked seamlessly together. Despite only being there for about 30 minutes, the whole process was smooth and efficient! I highly recommend this Chase location for their exceptional service and professionalism!

I proceeded through the drive thru to make a cash deposit for my business. I was the only person in the drive thru. I received a "Hello, welcome to chase. We will be right with you" 2 minutes after sending the deposit. (Two minutes can seem forever when you are the only one there.) Another 2.5 minutes later (yes, I was timing by this point) The receipt was sent back and "Have a nice day." All the while you can see 3 tellers behind the window talking. Although their voice was professional when they did speak, and the transaction was completed, I felt dismissed. I think I will just drive farther to the Hewitt Chase.

I had a question, and they pick up and hung up on me multiple times. It’s sad that’s the only chase location in wako. It’s not the only time I have gone there, and they don’t treat you nicely. If y’all don’t wanna work, leave let them hire someone that has good customer service.

Definitely needs to work on the overdraft, especially when you have overdraft protection and still have trouble with getting extra money this black teller at the bank on New Road refused to help me twice and I'm black too, but he does help other's, last Saturday an older black couple when to his window and he put up the close sign, that's when Johnathan as he could help; What A INSULT ?, our own black people refuse service to other black people; why have overdraft protection and can't get overdraft when the check comes direct deposit to the bank of chase

Definitely not satisfied with the way chase bank in Waco Texas conduct business, they have a Black Teller that seems to not like black people, two different times I seen him close his window when black people come to him, also I don't appreciate how hard it is to get a over draft, especially when you have overdraft protection , I have complained about the black teller and about the problems of getting a overdraft when im in the plan for overdraft; there's a teller name Johnathan who's been very helpful and a mgr that have come to my rescue at the bank on New road in Waco, but I still have to complain about the two issues i spoke about, both are big issues to me and i definitely dont appreciate the black teller acting as if he's better than any other Black person and itd a insult me especially when he' s too; i definitely dont understand why be on a overdraft plan and have to go through all the red tape when my money comes automatic each month‼ me

Worst customer service. Will never accept a chase check or do business with chase ever again. Crooks and the assistant branch manager shouldnt be able to flip burgers let alone handle bank operations.

Worst place to do business with. Refused to cash check drawn on the bank because I wouldn't sign up for a checking account. The assistant bramch manager denied me my legal right to cash a check in my name and drawn on this bank. Would not get the bramch manager to come and speak to me. We will no longer accept any forms of payment that invole chase, check or credit. Having signs made as I type.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I had the choice I'd definitely not do business with them, well at least not this branch.

It is not customer service when you can only make 3 deposits in a day. I have a business and I have to add labor hours because of having to do multiple trips to Chase bank. Night deposits add labor hours as well since you have to go back and pick up your deposit slips. Make your bank convenient for your customers. Your customers are the ones that make your paychecks!

One of the worst customer experiences I have had in recent memory.I was in the bank a few weeks ago and I think I lost my driver’s license there. It took me many calls to get through to someone right after.Today, I have called about 30 times. The phone sends you to a message that tells you to call back later.I got someone once. They had me on hold for 10+ minutes before I had to hang up and get back to work. Just to look and see if a driver’s license was turned in.I called the Chase helpline to see if they had a way to get ahold of them, but they had none. Their website gives no other number, no email, no names of anyone I can contact. I have been calling throughout the day, so it’s not just a “busy time”There actions show they do not want to pick up, as they have no one routing calls, no other way to get ahold of them. With the amount of time I have spent today trying to reach them, I could have driven from Austin to Waco to check in person. Would have been more effective than trying to get them to pick up the phone. They do not seem to care about anyone not in the building, or someone they have given a confidential number to who allows them to actually teach someone.I just want to find out if my DL is there. It’s a simple request and should have been a 5 minute call. It’s insulting

Shatana Landrum was very courteous and personable. She introduced herself to me with good intent to help me with whatever I needed. I told her I was there with my husband to open an additional account. She helped open a new account for my husband and helped him apply for a credit card. I think I want a Chase account now.
