My husband is disabled, and we needed a van to transport his wheelchair. We called Charlie Douthit, and within only a few days, he found us a very clean, low-mileage van. My husband's powerchair was too large and difficult to control, so Charlie agreed to take it as trade for a new one. Charlie then worked for over an hour installing new floor anchors to secure the chair and to train me on all the gadgets and details of the vehicle. I left, paying half of what I had expected. I am so pleased and this has lifted such a burden from our lives! Charlie Douthit Motors did what several other places never even attempted! The other major mobility dealer in Waco never even returned my calls!
