Highly recommend! I'm big on customer service and they're courteous, professional, respectful with a sense of humor. The first time using their service they came out and loaded our boxes for service on the same day I called them. Since, we've dropped off boxes at their location where they continue to provide excellent service and pricing.

My doctor retired shortly before I moved out of state. I requested my records from Embassy Records Management by email and received them in a timely manner. However, I had started a new job and had to move a second time. I searched through my email but must have accidentally deleted the email in all the busyness. I called Grant almost 2 years after my 2nd move and he emailed the records to me in less than 30 mins without an additional charge. Thank you, Embassy for the incredible service.

Embassy Shredding Service is so easy to use. They drop off the container - we fill it up. Then we call & they pick it up. Love that the container can always be locked.

Very accommodating and easy to work with. Lots of options for your shredding needs, from small to large. Phone calls were always answered or returned quickly. Shred-it had become a nightmare to work with; you could be on hold for customer service for over an hour with them! Switching to Embassy was a no-brainer, plus I like the fact that we can support a local business.
