Gote a hug chunk of calcium builup in my ice cup. Try to share ouxrure ir wouksnt let me I dont know how i missed this while getting my ice. Got to the end of my drink n was grossed out. Went back to show th attendent. They had switched shift. The Lady just said thats calcium build up. U want another cup. Heck no...i pray this headache i have diesnt turn ibto anything else. Will keep the cup n contents. Spoled my cold Green tea . Watch your drinks

Rude employees...at least 5 of the 6 I've encountered are extremely rude!!! And their restrooms are always filthy and smell rancid!!

This place has plenty of cockroaches if its your thing but its not mine, I put my stuff back and walked out, thats filthy...no exaggeration or phun intended! Saw it and killed it then walked out...

I go into the store and purchase an item I ask do they do cash back this is @ approximately 5:30 a young Caucasian lady I am black she say's up to $25.00 kudos I only wanted $10.00 back as she goes to give me my money she hands me a $10.00 Bill I ask her could I please have two fives all for her to lie in my face and claims she just did a shift change she couldn't give me 2 fives my personal opinion ppl should be trained very well with customer service I am your paycheck meaning if I ask just give because every where I ever worked in my life I was always trained make the guest happy so you don't have to worry about me a a customer leaving a review of 1 star and that was for the heat in store because it was a very cold day but thank you for allowing my experience with Cefco result in this!!!!!!
