Great service in the kitchen by Mayah and the cashier is very nice, all around good convenience store.

I was at the store to buy a couple of sodas. The price at the cash register was different than the price listed. I asked the cashier why it was different. She immediately started giving attitude and said you have to enter your reward number. I don't have a reward it's your telephone. Sorry I entered my phone number it didn't work. She continued to increase her attitude every time there was something else that didn't go just right. I would not recommend stopping at this cefco there's so many other stuff goes that have polite employees. Then the one that was working on June 4th at 9:00 in the morning

After the first pump I pulled up to was out of service and then the second was also out of service, I decided that I would get my fuel somewhere else. I'm not going to keep driving around. Also, not a single squeegee could be located. This is "not good."

I often buy gas at this location. The staff are polite but lazy. You can tell by the condition of the store especially the grill area. The food is always old and the counters and spaces are very messy with crumbs everywhere. I was surprised today when I went to use the restroom for the first time and it was absolutely disgusting. Blood on the wall dead flies the sink area was covered in dirty paper towels. I also looked at the restroom cleaning checklist and it was blank for the day at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I attached the pictures of the restroom which I was astonished about. I will never be using that restroom again, extremely unsanitary and not kept. In fact on the checklist another customer had written that they don't know how to clean the bathroom. When in all actuality it's that they are not placing an importance on it. That starts with management first not doing their job and letting the employees get away with neglecting it.

Women’s restroom is horrid. They were having a plumbing issue for the two weeks I was working in town. They must have a bad wax ring or a drain that has gone dry because the smell of sewage is unbearable.Also their cases of waters outside are all busted up. Multiple times when I went to grab a case bottles were leaking all over the place.

Robert sold me an entire burnt pack of pods and refused to trade them or give me a refund. Then he proceeded to say his manager JoAnne told him to refuse refunds for expired items. If that’s true, it is the most unethical workplace I’ve ever been in, and Robert is the most unprofessional person and shouldn’t be working within customer service.
