They are more fair then most pawn shops, they offer about the same of any other and the people there are always nice, besides a lady that I won't mention, just seems to be shes always irritable and if you asked her for help she would act like you were bothering her or annoying her. She is not a people person at all and needs to be working in a cubical or at a desk somewhere where she doesn't interact with anyone. Anyway, besides that you have great team working there and never a negative experience going inside, also they give you plenty of of time to claim or extend your item if you forget about it or don't have the money on the day it is due. They give you a good leeway on your item which has saved me numerous times

I found a kitchen scale that I liked, and I requested to test it before purchase, the sales clerk (an older woman with Grey hair) put new batteries in it, and it still did not come on, it did not work. I told her I didn't want it, and she asked me where I got it from and put it back on the shelf without even notating that the item does not work. I definitely would not purchase anything from this place, they do not care if their merchandise functions at all. I asked another associate why she put it back on the shelf, and she replied that other people will still buy it even if it doesn't work. I then asked if she should atleast put a sticker making the buyer aware, which they did NOT so.Don't buy anything from here, they do NOT care about the items they are selling at all.

They'll sell your things from under you, you won't get notification of your things to be due. It's best to go to EZ PAWN... THEY'RE LOYAL TO ALLLLLLL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL CALL YOU TO REMIND YOU IF YOUR GRACE DATE HIT TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR ITEMS!! CASH AMERICA PAWN IS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOU TO PAWN YOUR VALUABLE THINGS FOR VERY LITTLE MONEY, JUST SO THEY CAN GET IT AND SELL IT FOR A GREATER PRICE.... Best advice... RuuuuuuuuuN to the nearest EZ PAWN or another PAWN shop... DON'T TRUST CASH AMERICA!!
