“Great place to get a car rental! I got rentals several times from this location alone( 17th st and I-35) and lot more times overall. Always had good experiences. They are fast and responsive at their service. Cars are usually very clean when they hand it to you. After hour drop off allowed. They have shuttle service. There is a entrance at the back of the premises which is convenient if you’re taking 17th street to get there.”

“Jaycee has renewed my faith that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a thing of the past. She went o er and beyond to make a bad experience better. We needed a car and they were overbooked. However a last minute cancelation came in and she made sure we were taken care of. Hertz needs to know that afents like her are the only reason I still do business with them. Please if you reserve online, know that you may not get a car, they are almost always overbooked, but the agents in the store are not responsible. They have ZERO control over online bookings. Please be pleaseant to these agents and they will do everything they can to mke your experience better. Thank you Jaycee.”
