“Will go with them over uhaul any day. Had a slight hiccup when getting my truck . My previous reservations were canceled the day before pickup . So when I go to pick it up I was charged more than what I was originally quoted. After getting the truck and leaving. I called customer support and they refunded me the difference because they couldn't find a reason why it was canceled. Same trip with uhaul would have been over 1200 . With penske is was little over 300. As many times as I've used uhaul I've never gotten a truck with a backup camera and power windows . Even though my original reservation was canceled, it was still easier doing it all over during pick up than when I have ever gone to uhaul”

“I had an amazing experience at this location. I've used enterprise many times before, for insurance purposes. This was my first experience for personal use. David Basinger was so helpful, polite and patient with me. I did not read throughly when making the reservation, however he was very kind enough to explain everything to me. Dom a fellow employee not only escorted me to and from my destination when recieving and returning the vehicle I used, he was such a gentleman opening the door for me.
These two young men were so kind and had such great manners you hardly see anymore. I'm truly appreciative of everything they did to make this process easy for me. I highly recommend enterprise, but specifically this location. 10/10 If I could give more stars I would. If I ever need another rental, Daivid will definitely have our business. Thank you so much!”

“A disappointing experience with another car rental company on W Waco Drive left me having to find an alternative which in this case wound up being Enterprise. I needed a rental following a car accident and what an absolutely wonderful experience I had courtesy of this company. Clint was fantastic. The standard of customer service I received was excellent. Clint also had an excellent rapport with his fellow staff members and he made the entire rental process seamless and straightforward. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anybody in need of a rental and would certainly use the company again should the need arise.”
