“Waco location. Guess it was just a off day. Got 3 chips and one bulleyes from recent trip. Argued w tech that windshield had not been repaired before. He only wanted to fix 3 spots. wouldn't touch/fix the one. Smh. Didnt know farmers had a 3 dings and its a windshield replacement. Not techs fault there. Had to refix one spot again so took longer but I was in no hurry. I've had great service here in the past thats why I came back.”

Got a major crack in my windshield and thought I'd have to make a trip to Dfw or Austin to have TESLA replace it, but they were able to get me taken care of the next day. Brandon was great; went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend using them. (finding them can be a little bit challenging, stay on the access rd past Whataburger vs navigation directions)”

“Our home was 25 years old and we had trouble with the fireplace glass cracking after a fireplace company in the town where we live had serviced it. We live an hour north of Dallas, not in Waco. That fireplace company checked with their glass suppliers and had a very difficult time ordering a replacement glass for us and eventually said we just needed to replace the whole firebox, which was going to be upwards of $7000, probably because of stone damage even much more. Our son told us about Freddy's Glass and said he thought they did fireplace glass replacement. I heard immediately back and all they needed was the model number from our fireplace, no measurements, nothing, just the model/sku number and they told me where to find it. After a couple months working with the local company, in ONE WEEK we had the replacement glass from Freddys, which was actually the exact glass from our model of fireplace from the exact manufacturer. I was honestly shocked when the glass arrived at our house! I could not believe how FAST it was. This company is OUTSTANDING and the level of customer support and service is unlike any other! We know!”
