I had a lot of luggage such as mattress, blanket set, and shoe hanger, but they sent it exactly in advance to the dormitory room on move in day, so I organized my luggage comfortably. Thank you :)

This service was so helpful. We moved my daughter to Baylor from CA. I was able to ship all of our online purchases to campus crates and it was in her dorm room when we arrived. It was flawless. We’ll be using them again when it comes time to store her things over the summer. Thank you Campus Crates for a smooth transition.

Campus crates was a great service and really easy experience. They came at their allotted time to pick up and drop off my boxes/furniture and nothing was broken. The one thing I will say is the stickers they use to label the furniture don't come off well but other than that, they are perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The campus crates workers took my boxes from my room and to the storage unit for me! Then, the boxes were delivered to my dorm inside my room before I even arrived! I highly recommend, especially for out-of-state students in a dorm.

What a great company! We are so happy we used Campus Crates. They did everything they said they would do and they did it on time. We didn’t have to tow a trailer or rent a huge SUV. Our daughters move to Baylor was stress free. We’ll be using them again at the end of the school year.

As an out of state parent knowing my sons things were going to be store over the summer in a safe place was invaluable! They provided boxes, pick up and drop off to his apartment on time. I highly recommend Campus crates

I did this for my college move-in and it was more than I expected. If you send it and it gets to them before the due date, then it will basically end up in your dorm room on move in day. It was great, after a long trip the last thing I wanted to do was lug crazy heavy boxes up stairs, but when I got to my dorm room, it was all there waiting for me. Please please please do this!!!!!

Campus Crates is the most efficient way to store my things over the summer. They are always very willing to work with me, especially as I typically have to have my things picked up later and delivered earlier than most people.

This was such a great way to store my sons belongings during the summer break,I live out of state and was unable to travel to help him with the move out but when we found Campus Crates it was such a life saver,the whole process was so stress free and they worked with us in getting everything taken care of. The student staff was amazing,friendly and just great at helping us make moving out a smooth process. Will definitely recommend using them. Ryan was so kind and thoughtful to our concerns. Campus Crates is a great local business that is easy to communicate with and simple to arrange pickup and drop off times. The prices are reasonable and there are a bunch of options to ship to school, drop off boxes, or arrange a pick up at your dorm or apartment. I have used them all four years of college!

Being out of state and having to move our daughter from her dorm to storage is difficult, then just add COVID 19.I was so so thankful to have had the opportunity to be able to coordinate her move from TCU, easily, and at such a wonderful price. The movers came when they said they would, my daughter was able to secure all of the boxes she needed AND it was a seamless experience!Then, when she was moved back to campus and her sorority, it was the same wonderful experience.I want to thank Campus Crates, servicing the TCU campus, for your professionalism, for your promptness and for getting a job done without having to worry. Considering the amount of stress students (like me) are under during finals week, not having to also stress about storage was a huge relief especially when your belongings are picked up directly from your room and returned by the time you move back. The Campus Crates team at Baylor is fantastic and provide excellent customer service.

Great for students that don’t live close to campus! Dorm stuff was picked up, stored and then delivered to new apartment with no major issues. It took the stress of moving way down. Communication could be improved but otherwise they are lifesavers!

They were efficient and prompt! I loved how my daughters belongings were safe in a climate controlled facility while she came back home to Washington State for the summer. Easy to book and easy to set-up drop off!!!
