They inspired trust throughout the entire process.They helped us with design, from the color that would work best all the way to the selection of a smart home system. The installation was flawless, and their exemplary customer service has continued. We selected Lutron wireless shades, and they remain available to answer our questions. First class experience!

Hired Budget Blinds to install blinds on our condos on 10/03/2022. The response, installation process, and customer experience were all top-notch and I couldn't recommend them enough. since the housing market is shifting, i put the highest importance on how a firm treats customers (CX) so if you are in a competitive situation or just purchased a home - you cannot go wrong.

what a total disappointment in service. I went somewhere else due to salesperson. I've used Budget Blinds for years but the Waco location stopped that run for sure.

Kim was a top-notch expert! We elected to have motorized shades and she was very attentive to our specific needs. In less than two weeks, our shades were delivered. We can't be happier with the fine quality of the products. Service was impeccable!!! Highly recommend Waco's Budget Blinds!!!

They don't follow through on anything. Dropped the ball twice on a project we wanted done. Am calling Lowe's or Home Depot for future blind/shutter projects.
