Mark, brother, I have to provide my apologies. Because I can only imagine what all keeps you busy; I'm sitting in your parking lot now, just reminiscing about the older days at the store... It was like a candy store, every time I came inside. But now? Between the service and their lack of knowledge, on top of the always low inventory... It feels like it's the good ol' 24 smoke spot. I am pulling away now for the second week in a row, second time in a row, and thanks to dealing with the same guy who's blatant attempts at trying to get over on me, right in front of my face -insinuating he feels as I am a clinical idiot who is that easy to fool. For example; Just now- what caused me to once again NOT purchase a device... While I'm asking for a spare coil for the new device I am about to purchase. With the box of new coils on the table, he grabs the coil from INSIDE THE BOX I'M ABOUT TO PURCHASE. Proceeds to lay it into the counter, trying to pass it off as the requested, 'extra coil'. Then when I ask him if the other coil, and in attempt to not have to do any more of his job than he cares to, tries to tell me, "Oh, it's 2 coils in 1. It's all the same coil"... My goodness, Man. Idk what to tell you. This is most likely the last I ever come here. Such a waste of time, money and energy. Very unnecessary... I'm unsure this guy's name, but, he was working within the last hour / made my purchase. He is not a good person.

This smoke shop is literally the best in town. Not for just smokers or vapers.But For herbal healing as well. They have a wide variety of products to help with sleep, stress depression etc. all natural!! I absolutely love Rahm & Sam. Everyone there is super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I always leave there happy and confident in my purchase.The give great deals and promotions.I can't say enough good things about this place. The absolute best in Waco! Very knowledgeable in all places of vape/smoking/and edible/drinkables. ?% best in central Texas! Also willing to work with u on prices from time to time which helps especially if money is tight.

The guy almost destroyed my MTL RTA. Shoved the coil in without cutting it down. He ripped hunks off my cotton. I had to go to Create a Cig at Highway 6 and I35 in Waco Texas. They knew what they were doing there. Real helpful.5

This is the best vape shop i know about. Great customer service and knowledgeable about the products. Amazing selection. Willing to give deals when applicable. Cheaper than other places in town. And the remodel made it just that much better.

I was a regular at this smoke shop until I went in one day and was told I owed them money. They said a cashier made a mistake on a purchase. I pulled up my bank records with numerous purchases in 2 days for almost 200$ but they said I owed them 30$ somehow. I won't go back. Never been so insulted. They made me feel like a thief when I did nothing wrong! If you want a great selection and great customer service I suggest Smoke Depot. If it's THC related I suggest The Gas Shack

These guys absolutely have the best prices and the best selection in town. They constantly do buy one get one half off on juices and salts. And I can leave after buying coils there and not feel like I just got robbed. I will not go anywhere else again as long as I'm in Waco.
