Customer service has always been top notch! Lorena the manager is so thoughtful and helpful, and especially dealing with a recent return issue. Highly recommend this place. Go for the goods- return for the service?

Aaron was highly knowledgeable on all different boots and boot styles. He not only waa very helpful but I think I may have received some of the best customer service I have ever had. Taking into consideration the width of my foot and the style of boots I preferred, he helped me find my very first pair of cowboy boots! And let me tell you, they couldn’t be more perfect! He knew exactly what he was talking about and educated us on the desired fit, the do’s and don’ts of boot care, and was very considerate about what I liked and didn’t like! If you are ever wanting a new or another pair of boots, Aaron is your man. I will most definitely be back and recommend anyone in the Waco area to give Aaron a visit!

I had a horrible experience at this Boot Barn location earlier today. I asked a woman at the front if they had a specific size in a pair of jeans and she gave me a horrible attitude when I was asking a simple question. There was also maybe one employee on the floor the entire time I was there, which was about 30 minutes. Before I left I also noticed this same employee gossiping about me with other employees in the corner of the store. I am unsure of how employees such as her would be hired if that’s how you treat your customers.

Can't remember the salesmans name right now but, AWESOME! I have never had such a good experience just looking for some work boots. He went through the pros and cons of every style, fit, and brand. He ended up turning me onto some Phantom riders, best boots I've ever worn!

Very pleased with their customer service! recently had a pair of boots from them that I had an issue with them wanting to separate, I went in and Aaron was very helpful and set me up with a new pair of boots. Will definitely be back

Can we give Aaron 6 stars? Over the last 6 weeks or so, Aaron has assisted either myself or my wife plus 2 grandkids on 4 occasions...he is incredible. The man is not only a professional and has a great personality, but he's like the wikipedia of western wear and has been in the industry since he was 16 working in his dad's shop!
He can tell you that Justin boots stopped making a certain style in 1974. He can tell you that Wrangler jeans denim has 4% more cotton. He can tell you three brand names are actually made by the same company or that one shirt washes better than the next because it has 1% more polyester in it and the workers in that factory get 3 coffee breaks a day (just kidding, but he's got THAT much knowledge and trivia in him!).
I was in there for 3 hours yesterday and looking for some dressier jeans. He had me try on about 10 different pairs and was running all over the store finding brands I never would have looked at. With each one, I got an "owner's manual" about each type of jeans...how it wore...stretched...washed...etc! Then, he did the same for hats since I needed a new one as well.
He has been like this for each of our visits. The day before that, it was with our 3-year-old-granddaughter for her birthday getting her first pair of boots and cowgirl hat.
I even tried to give him a tip at the end of the transaction..."for lunch" and he just laughed and shook my hand and said he was genuinely grateful, but that wasn't allowed and to come back soon!
I will indeed and you should do yourself a favor and ask for him when you go to Boot Barn.

Love all the styles of boots they have. The clothes and belts are beautiful. Just need women's jackets and over hauls like they have for the men. Other then that great place to shop.

I've never been here before. I'm not really into western wear but they have a great selection of items for everyone's taste.They have First Responder and Military discounts and a store loyalty program where you can earn points and receive a birthday discount!It's a nice store with helpful employees.

- a Build a Bear for gay cowboy costumesMajority of their products are "imma cowboy' costumes. If you want a skin tight shirt made out of the Texas flag or some pixie boots for the local dance off, they got you covered.The only worker was steadfast on only helping the guy he was flirting with, and blew off my questions.I was not able to find sturdy conservative black steel toe work boots on my own.The limited supply of effective utility boots was disappointing and largely outshined by the "build a bear" workshop for flamboyant cowboys.
