This is perhaps the worst customer experience that I have encountered in years. The Hispanic female who was working at this location was appalling to say the least.1. The first thing she did was talk on her cell phone in Spanish while she was processing my transaction. She had her cell phone on speaker phone but I don't speak Spanish so I can't tell you what she was talking about. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge that this was probably not a good look.2. She didn't tell me that the new phone that I was buying was a renewed phone. I didn't discover this until I got home and saw it written on the box. I guess she either didn't think I would notice or she didn't care that I would notice.Renewed and refurbished are used interchangeably, but they’re really the same, to be honest. You won’t be very wrong if you use these two terms to mean the same thing>FYI: To any unsuspecting customers - Renewed means an old, used product is checked for problems, and the faulty parts are replaced with brand new ones. Refurbished, on the other hand, means the faulty parts could be replaced or repaired to work like a new one. But you don’t have to be obsessed with these differences. They mean the same most of the time.I will NEVER return to this store again and I don't understand for the life of me why Boost would have someone that appears to be anti-customer service would allow someone like this to represent their store.

Boost Mobile customer service told me to go into this store because I was having problems and have the store called customer service well they said they don't get paid to do that and refuse to but they did say I could pay their hourly wage for repairs and they would be happy to my phone still under warranty from Boost Mobile
