Poor!!!!! Customer Service on Lake air. The ceiling and floors jacked up. They talk over the customers. It's Always one person on duty. Poor management of clients accounts, primary number is what they put, not what number the customer wants. They transfer you with no warning, to start over with the same info. It's ridiculous. Valley Mills and Waco drive is your best place to go.

After being with Boost Mobile for 5 years, I moved my services to Sprint (T-Mobile now), because their signals became bad and didn't had coverage in a lot of places. Before I changed companies each one of my kids bought a phone, I didn't used them with Sprint, because they were blocked do to the fact that it hasn't been a year since I had them. I've been with T-Mobile for more than a year and a half, so we decided to unblock the phones. The first person was really nice and help us and gave me some case numbers, he told us that the process would take between 24/48 hours. After a week I decided to check again and they told us that because I didn't had the phones activated with them for a year, they are not going to unblock the phones that my kids bought with their own money. BE CAREFUL WITH BOOST they are nice when you're a customer, after that they treat you like s**** Karen (not last name because they are not allowed) kept her condescending loud tone for the whole conversation and solved NOTHING! BOOST MOBILE ARE THIEVES they take the phones that you bought (they weren't free from the company) and hold them hostage, unless you go back to their company (sureeee with their excellent service and customer service). So my kids lost their phones and their money THANKS! BOOST THIEVES - BOOST THIEVES - BOOST THIEVES - BOOST THIEVES

This store is just sad when it comes to customer service. For one the worker that worked tonight was not in the store where he should have been instead he was outside sitting in his car and when he decided to come inside the store a few seconds behind me he never said HELLO or welcome to boost mobile. he got in front of me and asked what could he help me with when I told him he couldn't even help me Im not sure if he was on something because his eyes were blood shot red.

I arrived at store around 10:30. There was one customer in store being assisted. She could not complete the transaction for talking on phone. I left at 11:00 without ever being acknowledged.
