Bought a expensive mattress and it started sinking down when laying in it so bad that it started hurting both my wife and my backs six months after we purchased it. We jumped through the hoops they required to get a exchanged and they shot it down. The so called warranty also charge was going to be $500.00 if they agreed exchange it. Their so called check was if you got up from a nights sleep and the mattress didn't return into roughly an inch and a half of it's original height, they'd considered a exchange. My argument was that it sank down up to six inches at my hips putting a bend in my lower back. Strange, that it didn't do this untill six months after I brought it. They got this dog and pony show they put on for you where this computer is supposed to tell them exactly what you need. What a crock! Don't waste your time with these people. There's better deals, better warrantys and better companies to purchase from in the Waco area.

their service sucks. buy your stuff any place else. they won't come fix squeeks in my recliner unless i take a picture of it. a picture of a squeek #$%&@!!

Robert arrived on time and explained what he was doing while diagnosing the issue with our chair. He was very courteous and repaired the issue promptly. Robert seemed very knowledgeable in furniture repair. We were kept up to date on the technicians arrival time and location. Great job Bob Mills and Robert.

Phil really made my recliner purchase a pleasant experience. I went the laz-y-boy as one does when looking for a recliner, but the pushy and irritating nature of their sales team put me off. I highly appreciate the business model as a person with social anxiety. Overall chill environment, highly recommend!

The service team was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and prices. The delivery team went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. overall happy about everything. We got a sectional and so far LOVE IT. Very soft and comfortable.

We went in to find a new Mattress and was greeted by Megan. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find hopefully the perfect one. (We have to sleep on it for awhile first.) Jason also was great at telling us about the clearance mattresses. They were both very friendly. We ended up getting the mattress plus a whole new bedroom set.

I absolutely hating furniture shopping because of pushy sales people. I like to shop without being constantly approached and rushed to buy something. We went to numerous furniture places that did exactly that. This was not the case at Bob Mills in Waco.. Our saleswoman Tswana Brown introduced herself and pointed us in the right direction. She let us shop without constantly interrupting us. She was very helpful and genuinely nice. Even though she answered our questions, we spent more time talking about things we enjoyed doing that had nothing to do with furniture. She cared about making sure we got what we wanted and did not try to push us into buying something we didn't really want. This shows true business professional while being very nice and friendly. Tswana is the reason we will continue to use Bob Mills.

Really not impressed. I went into the Waco TX store with my husband to look at a couch and maybe a mattress.We could look freely for the sofa and they showed us the “sleep spa” (which is actually really cool) and different mattresses after we got our results from the sleep spa analysis.We settled on a mattress and chose a couch. At this point they we’re having a sale, for every mattress you buy, you get a massage chair.We set up an account to finance the purchase. Here, somehow they force you to buy a flimsy mattress cover of $200.00 (or you’ll loose warranty on the mattress) and then, a pillow for $100.00!! I can’t remember that I agreed to the pillow…Now, the kicker -at the entrance of the store was a big sign (live size cut out of Bob Mills -I think- or some random person) and it said:Get 5% off your purchase if you open a store credit card and use it to pay for your purchase. (Or something in that sense.)I assumed they would give us the discount, I mean there was a giant sign at the entrance. When we got home I looked at the receipt and NOTHING…Next day I call the store, I was told that since we got the massage chair they can’t combine the discount with the promotion.That didn’t make sense to me, because it clearly said: open an account, use it for your first purchase and get 5% off. Nowhere did it say that it can’t be combined with any promotion.It is, after all, just a payment method.So I called corporate for them to explain the whole situation to me.Corporate sends me back to the store!! They are not qualified to solve my issue or at least give me a reasonable explanation!Anyway, we never got the discount. I would really love to return the mattress, but I’m afraid they’ll charge an arm and a leg for restocking fees.Also, we paid $500.00 (five hundred) for delivery…People, check your receipts before leaving the store, they’ll cheat on you at any opportunity.And the manager, as soon as he saw a family that looked like they would buy more then we did, he dropped us and started kissing their butts…Sad… really sad…. They don’t look at you as a customer, only as a dollar sign.Mr Bob Mills does all these commercials, portraying himself as honest and caring… smh.

Greg with Bob Mills was very helpful, professional and kind. I went in specifically for a recliner for my dad; I felt nothing but at ease with my selection process and checkout process. Greg was very quick to respond post-purchase to my questions.

My experience at Bob Mills Furniture was amazing!! I had the best representative on the lot named Phillip Ferguson who was so very helpful when I was in such a time crunch for a bed! He found me the best deal they offered and was extremely kind and joyful! I will definitely be returning to Bob Mills Furniture in the future!!

Bob Mills kept his promise when I had an issue with my new furniture. They took good care of me and I'm very happy with the end result. Can't say enough about the tech from Bob Mills. He was thorough and did a great job.

My mother and I went to get a couch for my first apartment and we needed something at a decent price. Greg was super helpful and sweet and showed us just what we needed to see! We ended up buying a nice couch and we couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to have it delivered soon! All the staff was super nice and welcoming and they weren’t pushy with sales, so as a sales person myself I can appreciate the approach and how friendly they all were and how comfortable Greg and Jason made us feel. Very personable staff overall! All the displays were so gorgeous and clean and very nice to browse through. You can tell the staff and management care about the business and all their customers. Again, as someone who takes pride in their sales position I appreciate all that the staff does to really give the best experience and help that the customers need. 100/10! Will definitely visit again.
