Just a friendly reminder, I'm still looking at my furniture that BROKE in less than a year.Do not pay them off directly! If you do and your furniture brakes.... Not their problem apparently.

We bought a couch back in 2022 with the promise that this couch comes with a lifetime warranty of re-stuffing. It was what sold us the couch. We have children and the promise of re-stuffing is every parents dream when it comes to purchasing a sofa. The re-stuffing was their bate. Fast forward to 2024 we called to enquirer about the re-stuffing and we’re told there’s no such warranty. This was the Franklin Sectional couch and I believe it was a 3800 dollar sofa . Not cheap. The switch was they didn’t really offer this. So this folks is what you call a bate and switch sale and it’s unethical . I bought with Bob Mills because I trusted that it was a sweet family owned business and it felt great to support them. We have also bought a 3k dollar bed and bed frame from them as well. But to allow your sales agents to lie to make a sale is an integrity issue to me and it’s wrong . When I called to address this issue with a call center the guy said the agent who sold us this sofa was no longer with them. So they put all the blame on the agent and took no responsibility as a whole of a company. I won’t expect anything from this post. Just wanted to warn other buyers that if you do buy from this company please make sure to read contracts and have them write all their promises down with a signature . This is a sad situation I would hate to see anyone else get taken advantage of. I posted a pic to also show that we take extremely good care of our things so I was just asking for what we were promised.

Bought a expensive mattress and it started sinking down when laying in it so bad that it started hurting both my wife and my backs six months after we purchased it. We jumped through the hoops they required to get a exchanged and they shot it down. The so called warranty also charge was going to be $500.00 if they agreed exchange it. Their so called check was if you got up from a nights sleep and the mattress didn't return into roughly an inch and a half of it's original height, they'd considered a exchange. My argument was that it sank down up to six inches at my hips putting a bend in my lower back. Strange, that it didn't do this untill six months after I brought it. They got this dog and pony show they put on for you where this computer is supposed to tell them exactly what you need. What a crock! Don't waste your time with these people. There's better deals, better warrantys and better companies to purchase from in the Waco area.

I had never shop Bob Mills Furniture Waco until this month....The store manager was very good with taking care of my finance need and discounts and Chris was helpful with helping me select the perfect living room set. Love the high end leather should last forever

The shopping experience at Bob Mills Furniture was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff did not follow me around or rush me to make a decision once I found a few living room sets I really like. Megan & Chris were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision making. I spoke briefly with the designer but neglected to get her card. I have requested a follow up to assist with aerial rug, coffee table and end table selections.The store manager was super nice to work with on the final quote and associated documentation. Excellent Service!I am now awaiting my delivery which is expected the first week in February which I was made aware of when I made my selection.Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience! I am so looking forward to the delivery of my new furniture.

Tswana was very personable and sweet. She handled our purchase when we were pressed for time during the time of purchase and for the delivery of our furniture but she literally delivered. We were done with the transaction within minutes and she managed to have our furniture the same week. She was also very knowledgeable about the pieces
