Bob and Teresa are very personable and are always very helpful when I have questions regarding my coverage, etc. They treat you as part of the family and that's saying a lot these days.

So we were rear-ended & somehow the insurance is blaming us. The road conditions were absolutely terrible, there's major Interstate and Frontage road construction & closures. We were hot at the read passenger corner. If he had t hit us he would've hit the person in front of us. I don't like that they're saying we're at fault. But whatever. They've lowballed me on the repair estimate, even though I initially took it to their preferred provider for repairs. Yet they still wanted me to go take it back to have an adjuster look at the car. So I just used the app & got the estimate generated & dropped it off st MY preferred provider this time. I have a rental, but State Farm has not made this easy whatsoever. No one has called us back yet about part of our claim. They will pay up to $X amount for a rental car while mine's being repaired. I got the cheapest car since I don't know how long I'll need it and I want to be able to have the rental in case it takes longer than expected for my auto repairs. State Farm is paying for this rental, yet I still had to come up with a deposit, that, since I didn't have a credit card (not to be confused with a bank debit/check card), so I had to give them a cash deposit that they said could take 8 weeks to arrive - AFTER I return the rental. That's going to be about three months that I don't have the money to pay other bills! The car I got is a white VW 2019 Golf. It's a good little car, though. The agent was very polite and pleasant, but the policy of making the insured person come up with the deposit is frustrating. Not sure who to be unhappy with: Hertz or State Farm. But all the rental companies seem to require something like that but I think that they return it faster, like when you return the car. All because I don't have a card with a credit line. I will update this after everything has been completed.

We've been with Bob for nearly 20 years. He and his staff are always so helpful and timely with help whenever we call. Plus I love the calendars ans atlas that they give out each year. I haven't bought a new calendar in many many years.

Great Service. We have used Bob for about 4 years now. Insurance on our house, cars, and business. He always delivers any time we have a claim. I will (and do) recommend him to anyone I know. 5 stars
