If I could give a zero I would. I went and purchased couches on Wednesday the 27th and was scheduled to pick up on the 28th.My father went to pick up the couches and drive about 6 blocks to my home and before unloading the couches we noticed a hole in the couches fabric to where then boards where showing underneath. When calling the store the lady stated "well they are new couches". We drove back up to the store with the couches and the rest of the sectional that had not left the store yet was tore as well.They told us we would have to go to Temple for the couches we ordered(we are in Waco) I stated I would not drive to temple for something that was their fault.So they agreed to bring the couches Friday Morning .Before we left the store we noticed the same issues with the couches from Temple and even with the display couch they offered us . I will never get any furniture from them again. I feel bad cause they are just gonna try to sell them to the next person not paying attention.

This probably one of my favorite stores in Waco. Great staff, well stock store, great deals on a lot of products.You can't beat their prices on spices, olive oil, or baking Essentials!The after holiday sales on decorations are always outstanding if you're that kind of shopper!

Shelves were empty for things you need like food and stuff. Bathroom had two flooded toilets and poop in trashcan. Yuck

Went in to purchase a couch, recliner and loveseat that was on sale. Was told that they didn't know if they can even get anymore and could not sell any furniture that was on the floor.
