I shopped at this store for years, even before I moved to Waco in 06, I was coming 35 miles to shop here, loved it, until the management changes here lately. My first rudeness came from a young girl standing behind the counter, I guess she was helping her mom , she started being being funny by making wolf wolf noises like a dog, making sarcastic jesters about my lashes, I went ahead and paid for my items, and really wanted to say something, but I left out and told my husband what happened and said I wasn't going in there anymore. Well I went back on my word decided to give them another try, I hadn't been in there in awhile, I went in yesterday to get some earrings out of the locked case , there's always 3 different pair I faithfully buy, I asked the clerk could I get some earrings out of the case? She stood there and asked me, do u know what kind u want, I told her Yes, walked over to the case and stood there, the younger lady and the older lady stood there in a conversation among each other ignoring me, I asked again, no one moved, so I politely walked out, and this time o will not be returning, everrudeness came from a young girl standing behind the counter I guess

Everything you can think of beauty related is here. It's a small building but jam packed. Very neat but packed from the front door with earrings,necklaces,bracelets,makeup,,braids ( all kinds and colors) and braid accessories . Also hair products such as perms,grease,spray,gels, conditioners,blow dryers,flat irons . Across the top on most all sides are human hair wigs as well as synthetics all clearly priced. Also non prescription colored contacts.There is only one problem here,where the heck is the help ??? Was in here a while and so were a few other people and had to hunt down workers. I know it's a fun place to be but stay up front when that little bell rings when someone comes in. This place gets a 10 because if you cant find it here,it just done exist.

got to store at 7:13 pm google says it closes at 7:30 pm yes cutting it close I know but just wanted 1 thing anyway tried the door it's locked then 2 women pep out at me don't say anything just Rudely walk to their car and leave no reason for them closing early just the giggles as they pass me. wish I could give them less than a star won't come back.

Very rude staff. i come at 6:40 and the girl at the front door shuts the door in my face to stop me from coming in, locks the door, and shakes her head no. I asked what time did they close because the door said 7:00 and she walks away. If you close at 7:00 then why lock the door at 6:40 I was just going to be in there for 2 minutesThese people want to sell our hair products but treat us so rudely. We have to stop giving them our money and letting them get rich off of our products

Always a pleasure going to this store. Never hard to find help here. Due to Covid-19 safety protocols you CANNOT try on wigs anymore until further notice... but I'm expecting that to just be the new norm. There's always great deals and sales on display. A little advice... Don't chop your hair off just cause you want a specific style, just go buy a wig, wear it, look great. Now that you got that (let me chop my hair off) out of your system... buy another and repeat! BE713VE me... my daughter had to learn the hard way. LoL.
