It's bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. I spent an hour just sniffing the products before deciding on the café latte three wick candle (as well as some body lotion as a gift for my guy) this location looks like it has more variety in stock than the Richland mall location and stuff I've not seen at other locations I've been to. The staff were helpful and were always seen busying themselves with stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers.

Love their sales. So many choices of fragrances. I also enjoy the essential oil section for stress relief and sleep.

I was attempting to help my husband who works over 70 plus hours a week complete his Christmas shopping today by ordering online and doing a pickup option in store on a budget since I have multiple e-gift cards provided through a work incentive program. I ordered 2 candles and 2 pairs of shea infused socks for my mother and I. Before my husband even gets in store these orders are cancelled and a refund of 3 $5.00 e-gift cards and 1 $3.55 e gift card is provided and the debit card authorizations disappear from my bank account. So 1 item is now available for pickup yet my husband can visibly see that there are 17 Japanese Cherry Blossoms 3 wick candles on the shelf. He asks about the cancellation and is told that the information is not available. Funny as the other location in town says they can see all the information for the purchases done and my account. Last time I ever use this location. My husband and I spend at least $1000 in this store and this location a year but not anymore. Apparently someone was too lazy to retrieve the items or felt like the sale wasn’t important enough since gift cards were used towards the purchases. On top of that the refund was incorrect as a rewards coupon was redeemed as well and not returned. I have more choice words but this isn’t the place and a waste of my energy.
