I haven’t ordered from barefoot in awhile, and decided to order two shirts hesitantly since the quality of everything has gone down so much in the last few years. But no need to worry the shirts are perfect same quality great packaging and fast delivery. Thank you for still having the same standards it means a lot

I went into the store last week and wow I can’t believe the experience. The workers were absolutely terrible I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

We’ve already made several purchases and my son is only a freshmen. We spent close to $700 Friday night of parents weekend. It was chaotic and long waits for the fitting rooms so we didn’t try anything on. Husband didn’t like a shirt we picked out. Accidentally sent the receipt with my son in his bag of stuff and of course it’s gone. Two days later tried to return for at least a store credit and they said no. They couldn’t pull up our purchase either because they admitted it was so busy Friday night they didn’t pull up accounts like they are supposed to. Won’t be shopping here anymore. I even looked at their website before and thought about ordering my son some things to surprise him. Since their stated return policy is that “all returns are “subject to approval” I won’t be buying anything else. Looks like others have had issues based on previous reviews.

My son got two shirts, a quarter zip and a hat for his graduation- last Friday. They were gifts. Approx value $250. We wanted to exchange three of the items. One was too big. Two were not his style. The employees told us we could not return or exchange the items without a receipt. We explained it was a gift and we didn’t have the receipt. The same items were on the floor at the original price. We told them we were going to exchange the items. We weren’t interested in a refund. They ultimately agreed to allow us to exchange a shirt for no cost if we got the same item in a different size. No options for the hat. For the quarter zip, they said we would have to pay more because the medium was ringing up higher than the large. They said since the UPCs were different they had to charge the difference. What!? So now we have a $150 quarter zip and a hat that my son doesn’t like. The morale of the story - don’t buy gifts for anyone here unless you give them the receipt. I should also note that we’ve bought several items here over the 4 years when my first child went to Baylor. My son is an entering freshmen. We won’t be back.

I purchased a full priced t-shirt amongst many other items on 3/25/23 came home and found a hole under the collar and it had never been worn. I called the store and they would not exchange it or allow me to trade it out. The store is completely ok selling items that can be defective because they buy in bulk with no customer support. Our student is a Baylor freshman and love supporting local businesses however looks like we won't be supporting this store.

The most perfect place to get all things Baylor!! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when struggling with what size to get and how to style things. Would definitely come back for all my gear here.

Walking into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help! They have so many options to choose from, yes expensive, but worth every penny! A stop at barefoot is a must have when in Waco

I was stopping by for some Baylor gear and unexpectedly found amazing boutique items too! Not only did they have better items than the book store all of their employees were happy to help with anything!

The clothes are cute but the employees are lowkey mean girls. I’ve come in multiple times, every time I went in with no makeup and in sweats I was quite literally ignored and glared at. Like I walked in the door, the girls made eye contact with me, said nothing, and went back to their conversation. The times I’ve gone in looking nice they are so quick to help me and are so nice to me. Needs better customer care training.

They have a good selection but it is incredibly overpriced. With how much we pay to Baylor, we really don’t have much leftover. I don’t understand how people can afford this place, but I sure am jealous of them! I’ve only been able to afford a pin at this place. $40 for a shirt is ridiculous. I’m not sure how this place expects poor college kids to pay $80 for a jacket. Go to Amazon hall
