Absolutely the rudest customer service of any dealership in the Waco area. Their service reps are rude, and wouldn't answer a simple question about a recall raised their voice and said I could only be helped by a manager whose phone number they could give me. Never use this place.

Busy place, took vehicle in for rough running engine and metallic sound in engine, yesterday. Left the vehicle for diagnosis. The service tech said would be scheduled within a day or two due to workload. Awaiting results.

Matt Bush has Very poor communication skills. Dropped my vehicle off on my vacation time so they had 6 days to fix the heater control & engine misfire. 'Service advisor' Matt Bush let my vehicle sit for 2.5 days without calling me to inform me of needed repairs. I initiated 1st contact 2.5 days after dropping vehicle off & found he had been waiting 2days for an ok from the fleet agency for the repair. Within 1 hour I got the ok from fleet for him. Additionally, Matt Bush stated there was no problem with the misfire that I brought it in for, I indicated I would bring it elsewhere to get that fixed. Matt then apparently had the tech re-drive it and they found that the vehicle needed spark plugs, coil pack, and plug wire. Had Matt Bush informed me of the 'no problem found' issue earlier in the week, I could have related more info to him and saved several days of the vehicle just sitting on the lot doing nothing. Because of the lack Matt Bushs'communication, I had to get a rental car for my first day back to work because the repairs were not complete when I needed to pick the vehicle up, Matt Bush made no apologies and had no empathy for the situation. When the van was completed on Monday evening, Matt Bush texted me at 6:07pm stating I could pick the vehicle up and the keys/paperwork were on his desk. I arrive approx 7pm to find the service department locked up and no one in the sales side had the keys to get in. Again, no apologies or empathy, just a 40 minute wasted trip for me. I had to return again Tuesday am to pick up the van, thanks to the lack of communication by Matt Bush. In the end the repairs were completed and the vehicle is fine, but lack of communication caused me to pay for a rental car and these repairs to take much longer than they would have if Matt Bush would have properly communicated. Additionally, the dealership charged an additional $379 to remove the engine cover of the van, but it was never removed... the tech went in thru the fender well areas to replace the spark plug, wire, and coil pack. (I saw the van with the wheels off & Matt Bush confirmed that was how the tech was doing the repair- instead of pulling the engine cover). So maybe some overcharging for repairs as well. Just avoid this place unless you absolutely have to use them

Fantastic experience! Deanna was super nice and helpful. Zero pressure! The used truck was for my son and both of us felt it was a great experience. The price was the price with no surprises or add on junk!

I went to AutoNation to look at a truck, I test drove it, talked numbers, applied for financing, agreed upon a trade in amount, got approved, had ever intention of buying the truck but I was negotiating the monthly payment and they "were waiting to hear back from the bank" I touched base first thing this morning to finalize everything so I could sign the paperwork. Well....i was told they sold it. Apparently I couldn't be bothered to be contacted to ask if I wanted to put a deposit or anything. They just sell it while my deal was being worked on...so, very frustrated I inquired about another truck. They were going to run the numbers. Well, get this, I then get told in less than 24 hours, that they are going to offer me $3,000 less for my trade in. When I was told yesterday by a manager that the deal was good through the following day. How in less than 24 hours are you going to lowball someone on their trade? They are trying to rip me off by offering almost $10,000 less than what my vehicle is worth. I understand they need to make some money, but $10,000?!! Come on, that's just ripping people off! The salesman tried saying "I'm just trying to help you out" How? By offering me $3,000 for my trade in? That's helping? So I wasted my time, they ran my credit. For nothing.... I definitely do not recommend this dealership

Went down here to look at a red convertible mustang. Before I went down I got an email saying that when I was ready I could go down and check the car out in person. So I go down of course to see it only too have a bad sales person try and find the car. Went the detail the car wasn't there. Went to collision or whether they didn't have it. It wasn't out in the lot because we went walking looking for it. So some how some way no knew where the car was. So I wasted over 30 mins of my time being there for literally nothing. Then she she has the audacity to tell me that they will call me they find the car. 3 days goes by and I look on the website to see the car isn't on their anymore. Did I receive a phone call or text from them? No I didn't! So it was just a huge waste of time and they did have other cars available I was interested in, but I figured it's not worth the time. So overall F*** all of you for wasting my time

We purchased a vehicle from this so called dealership, they say they take care of there customer no matter what it takes but its a lie. We had the vehicle for approximately two weeks and engine light came on, took it back and they still have it to this day. We found out that before they sold it to us it had codes come up and they chose not to fix them and sold it anyway. (I guess thinking it would make it past the warranty) but guess what it did not. So we said to trade this vehicle for another, and the only one they would offer is out of our price range, so we asked for a refund and sales Manager Cody at the Waco Location did not offer any kind of help what so ever. Did not give any kind of discount price for the replacement or anything of the such to help. The only thing he said they would do is fix the repairs to the messed up vehicle they sold us at no charge. (wow so kind). purchased the vehicle end of January 2023, it has been 20 some odd days in the shop (and still counting) with no phone call from Cody or Steven both of which I think team up to screw people around. No offer of a courtesy vehicle, refund or trade of any kink. If I could give a negative star believe me I would, but can promise this will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I talk to not to go to AutoNation to buy anything. (or even drive by it) TC

This dealership was awful. My husband left our car lease paperwork there on Monday, April17, 2023. A lady name Sharon took the paperwork & told us she left it with Jim Partin. We got a text from Sharon saying she quit & the paperwork was left with Jim Partin. We showed up to buy out our lease car. They assured us they could do "no problem"! They lost the paperwork & didn't care to even help us! They didn't care that it was lost or even try to find it! They told us to go to our bank instead of GM financial! This was a fiasco and now we are scrambling to get this done and no one knows where the envelope with our name and info is! The dealership "Auto nation" didn't want to help us and tossed us aside! After talking to the bank, we've found out this dealership is known for not being very helpful! I don't Recommend this dealership at all!

Todays visit was very disappointing. Sales Rep Skyler was severely inexperienced at his role and responsibility. Lacking confidence and knowledge, he had to make numerous visits to a finance rep to gain approvals. The finance rep was rude and disrespectful; he processed a credit check without our authorization. Changed the sales price on three different occasions for undisclosed reasons. Very sketchy organization at AutoNation Chevrolet WACO

the worse place to go to. i trusted them with my car to get an oil change and they turned around and caused damaged. still wanted me to pay for the damage they caused to my car in order to repair it. if anything i feel like i got taken advantage of for being a female. dont ever go here!!!!!!!!!!! grant and adam are the worse. steady going back and forth with excuses and trying to avoid you!!!!!

So much for SHOP LOCAL when it comes to this parts department! Not only was the part price that was quoted TWICE the price of another dealer quote but was unable to get part for 2 days when the other got it in ONE!! I even called back & was STILL quoted higher than the other DEALER!! So VERY disappointed! =(

Service department purposely over complicates things because they are understaffed I assume. New vehicle 20,000 miles on it AC quit blowing. I assume I assumed I'd have to make an appointment and drop it off for a day to get diagnosed. You can't make an appointment to get your vehicle diagnosed. You have to let it sit there for 3 or 4 days in line to be touched. That makes zero sense that's the whole point of Appointments. It's not an appointment if you have to wait 3 days after you drop it off. It takes you a week to get your vehicle back here

We bought a 2023 Bolt EUV this week. We had excellent customer service. The sales staff Art, Mike, and Jimmy all pitched in to help us understand how an electric vehicle works and how to operate the vehicle. We had numerous questions and they could not have been more helpful and patient. They did not charge us over the MSRP as some dealers of EV vehicles do. We highly recommend them.
