The sales rep was so helpful & set me up the a fridge closest to the one i had. The guys that delivered the fridge were the kindest and such respectful people. They worked so well together.

We called before lunch on Saturday, which apparently (according to the web) is the day of the week when Austin-Closs receives most of its calls. It was the day before Easter but since we found some other refrigerator businesses open we thought we’d give them a try. Certainly Austin-Closs is not the only business without an answering machine but it sure would be nice to know if they’re [closed or just busy] since the web doesn’t provide this detail. Thank you!

I always go to home Depot, Lowe's andSears for appliances. I always get angry for some reason or another. Find myself back to Austin closs and the great service and much better prices make me wonder why I didn't start their first. definitely recommend them! They don't have a lot of variety but I've been very pleased with what I've purchased.

2007 We bought kitchen appliances from the local store. I am so glad I purchase the 5 year warranty. The GE Monogram Washing Machine transmission went out the 2nd year. The Pump on the GE Monogram Ice Maker had to be replaced in the 3rd month, it quit making Ice 4/20/2010 and then again 4/28/2015. The built in Refrigerator had repair work done11/10/2010. The Gasket on the bottom freezer had to be replaced the 5th year. The Ventahood had repair done 9/2012.
