From the moment I walked in Esmeralda was very kind to me and then my nurse, I didn’t catch her name, was the sweetest person ever and made me feel so comfortable during my x-rays. The doctor was also very kind, I was pleased with my experience.

Aspen Dental is VERY EXPENSIVE, but they are very professional, kind, thorough. The X-ray tech, Grace, was remarkable, very gentle, very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable.Dr Henny was so great! He thoroughly explained everything so that all of my options were made clear. He also was extremely patient with all my questions. Very helpful and very informative.Dr Hyatt was the one who actually performed my extraction and I felt so sorry for him because it was really difficult to extract! It took over an hour and I was so exhausted, but it had to be completed because it broke!! It was a huge molar so they are always tough.Jada, his assistant was also wonderful, she helped me so much as this was a very difficult situation. She was also so kind and supportive to thoroughly explain the post op instructions.All in all, if you can, get insurance that will help cover your costs!

Mouth still hurts to this day. Had a molar extraction performed and was in the worst pain of my life!! That was several months ago. Also tried to convince me to have other teeth pulled that are totally fine! Then to add insult to injury I was charged 3 times for the same amount on my credit card. Called the office and they had the gall to tell me I haven't made a payment??? I do NOT recommend this rap music poor quality dentist and billing people to anyone!!

Would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. The staff are very nice, however their business practices leave much to be desired. You will get much better personal service from a local family provider and for a much better price. Aspen Dental over charges for every service they provide and will insist you need much more work done than necessary. After your evaluation and before any work is done they will set you down in their business office and go over all of the fees. They tell you that they work with your insurance and that they expect the insurance to cover roughly half of the cost. (Your portion will still be thousands of dollars). They will insist you pay all of your portion in advance. My experience was that they only did half the cleaning I paid for initially and then I had to schedule a second visit to have it finished. (They insisted the insurance company would only pay for half the cleaning at a time and to get them to cover the rest I would have to schedule a second appointment and come back) On the scheduled date the cleaning was to be finished, their computer system went down and was down for weeks. When they got things back to where they could reschedule my appointment they were so backed up it would be more than a month before they could get me in again. Finally was able to get the cleaning finished and thought I was done with this place. Almost a year had gone by and I get a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars more! Apparently the trick to get the insurance to pay the ridiculous amount for the cleaning didn't work and I now have to pay it out of my pocket.My suggestion to the company is, how about you only charge the agreed amount you negotiated with the insurance company and not try to play games to make them pay more.Again unless you enjoy over paying don't use Aspen Dental in Waco!Just to make sure that all who read this are aware. and you can see the response from "Garlen" to this post. (see below) This is just so they can say that they respond to a negative post. Nothing has been done. They have not reached out or tried to make any effort to correct the issuesWarning: Do not do business with this company!

Everyone is so friendly. The one thing I have to say touch me more than anything else They listen to what you want to end up with and they do everything to make that happen. So you really leave smiling ear to ear

Best experience I've had at a dentist in a long time. Staff were very friendly, dentist was understanding and actually gave me options for my needs. Financial manager was straight to the point and everything I asked about she made sure I had the answers.

They told me. I would get all my services in 1 day; See the Doctor, get my xrays and get my teeth cleaned. Then they denied my teeth cleaning until I paid over a $1000 for a special periodontal treatment, which the $1000 covers only one teeth cleaning. I asked if I could just have the basic cleaning and was told no that they would only clean my teeth if I paid the $1000. And they are charging my insurance and myself higher fees than a normal dentist. Now I cannot get into another dentist because they are using all my dental insurance and I still did not get my cleaning. They are a scam

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They took me as a patient even though I was a walk-in with no appointment. All in all,it was a very pleasing experience. Thank you all at Aspen Dental.
