They got me in at 6:15 for my 6:30 appointment and met with a lumper lady at the receiving door and I was given a door. They came to break my seal and looked at the product and gave me a lumper receipt right away, $700 it’s kinda pricey but oh well the broker is the one paying for it but not as bad as some of the reviews were stating. Big parking lot no overnight parking though but there’s plenty of spaces to park outside the receiver gate.

They are not as bad as other reviews they are good. I came at 7 o’clock for a 730 appointment. They gave me the door right away. They have a clean bathroom not pretty sure if they have overnight parking, but you had to pay for lumber not cheap but the Broker has to pay for plenty of space for maneuvering.

I was lucky to get unloaded quick twice. First time I checked in at the gate at 6:15am for a 7:30 am appointment. Got at the window, they send me to another warehouse down the road (about 1.5 miles away). There I was in and out by 7:15am. No lumper charged. And second delivery, in at the gate at 7:45am for a 7:30am delivery apointment. Window, and the other warehouse, done by 8:30am. Couldn't be happier, but I admit I was freaking out because of the previous reviews I've read. Good luck.

I see so many bad reviews for aafes waco exchange... I can say as an employer, they are truly AWESOME!! And that's coming from someone who unfortunately was fired recently!!!But never have I had a company try so hard to keep me on, be so patient and understanding to my situation or offer me resources to find help w my situation ON MY FIRST DAY!!!Unfortunately it was just bad timing for us but even after they fired me, they still tried to help me by givin me a week's worth of pay! all I had to do was call in at 7:00 a.m. every morning....This place was awesome!! I hate that i couldnt make the 7am shift fit in my schedule!! I hope my managers and foremans understand that I am sorry but still appreciate everything y'all did for me!!!If I thought it would make it past security, I'd send the whole company flowers, cupcakes, fruit basket!?! Guess I'll have to set up for emoji appreciation ???AND FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH I WANT LINDSEY TO KNOW, I CALLED THAT FIRST DAY AT 6:58 A.M. AND THEN MY PHONE WAS SHUT OFF! I COULD GET MORE MINUTES UNTIL PAYDAY... THE DAY AFTER THE 7 DAYS WAS UP!! but honestly you can keep that xtra week of pay!! all i want is for a future opportunity... of course after i get my personal obstacles out if the way!!

Avoid anyway as possible. If you’re looking to rack up detention this is the place for you. Otherwise you will be here minimum of 6 hours of unload and lumper fees crazy expensive.

Well...... all the reviews were right. Arrived at 5:38am, checked in and was told to backup and return at 6am, I was the only truck parked. Park in the turning lane (middle) facing North, then turn in to the left. After the Sec. Guard, turn left and check in between docks 18 &19. The lumper lady will be outside and ask you what door they give you and yes,........ $650.00 lumper fee. I called yesturday and was told NO LUMPER FEE on the phone by receiving. Nice people, ridiculous lumper fee's. No water in unisex bathroom today. Empty at 8:30am. Paperwork given to me at 9:30am.

I HATE this place.. It's the 3rd time I checked in at 6am and didn't leave til 2pm. They charged me $850 for lumper. The lumper was disrespectful.
