Bought something on clearance, never used or even opened the box AND still had the receipt and they wouldn’t take it back. When purchasing they never told me it was final sale, there was no sign or anything saying final sale either. Places take things back on clearance all the time with the receipt and not used. They said I should just know they wouldn’t take it back. AWFUL customer service. It was only $35 and they said they put things on store credit that are returned. But they wouldn’t do it for clearance items. I wanted to buy a more expensive pair because I was able to purchase them now. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed because I have always loved Armstrong in the past.
