“University Place has been the perfect fit while at Baylor!! My husband and I have loved making it our first home together. We are in a one bedroom so it's cozy, but makes pretty good use of the space for the limitations in square footage. It isn't the newest inside (the beige walls and the greenish carpet aren't my favorite) but everything that needs updating to function like sinks, drains, oven etc. are newer and work great. I love that the whole complex feels cute and safe on the outside with the porch swings and the well-kept landscaping. The best parts have to be not buying a parking pass for class and the awesome, quick service from Dawn and Chris. They both are so kind and skilled with running this place and customer service. Chris has made me a new key in 5 minutes after I lost one, fixed the AC and given us extra filters, among other things. After my last apartment having the worst management imaginable, this was a dream!My least favorite thing is that there are no washers/dryers in unit. It's kind of a hassle to plan when to do your laundry when you can quickly get there to check on your clothes, since the whole complex can access anything.Lastly, it might be helpful to know that while I've been in this one bedroom, the rent went up 23% from year 1 to year 2. It's going up another 10% in year 3. Still is probably the best bang for buck in the area for Baylor students, but I'm sure it will only keep going up. Overall loved this place and will really miss it!”

“My son likes living at the Outpost. He says the entire staff has been nice to him as well as to me as the co-signer especially during moving him in. The apartment has been good as well as the amenities. I really liked the shuttle to the football game for family weekend at Baylor. Doing good Outpost.”

“I have lived in these apartments since 2006 when I first got here it was a sight for sore eyes my father and brothers didn't want me living here but it was what I had to do at that time. Since then I have seen landlords come and go as well as owners and what I have to say at this very time during this time of crisis with the new owners and my new landlord I am well taken care of. They see to it that security is in place and if I ever need anything I call and my needs are met that day. Are there roaches there are roaches in every apartment complex because of people moving in and moving out on the other hand I have never had an infestation of roaches in my apartment and I have lived in a one-bedroom and currently I live in a 2 bedroom I enjoy Home Improvement there for a lot of things that could use a work order I do myself because I enjoy it I've never had causes of bedbugs( thank you Jesus) and roaches have never been a problem in my apartment I am grateful for the new owners I'm grateful for my landlords truly they take care of the residents like I said I've lived here since 2006”

“Christian and Bethany has made our experience at the Luxe wonderful! They have gone above and beyond to bring the apartments to that luxurious feeling in which is initially advertised. When we moved in a year ago we were disappointed in where we had moved and was really considering on moving out before our lease expired. After a few months, Christian and Bethany came in and turned the place around. They work tirelessly to ensure needs and concerns of any residents are met. They have put in extra safety precautions so that the residents can enjoy their experience in living in a (now) luxurious apartment complex. Bethany sits at the front desk waiting to greet anyone who comes in and is always pleasant to all that arrive, she helps bring comfort with small chit chat and learning the residents and their needs. Christian is always smiling and tackling the every day needs of upkeeping the apartments and I can't leave out the maintaince crew and housecleaner. They are exceptional in their jobs and it has been a pure joy interacting with them all.”

I love how they help asap with any issues and are great at communicating and beyond respectful. Mainly love the all bills paid in the economy right now . 10/10 for price you cant beat it ♥️♥️”

“Our son lived here for 16 months while he went to TSTC. The management matched him with roommates that became friends. The rooms themselves were clean & I would say comparable to most dorm style living.There was a bathroom leak situation that had to be addressed midway through his stay but it was fixed by maintenance pretty quickly.Lisa, in the office, was always very helpful if we had questions about payments etc. She was very accommodating!”

“The living space is beautifully kept and spaced out, as well as the complex itself with the maintenance they provide to their lawns and gardens! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff always come ready to solve any problems I might have at a timely manner. Overall, it was a really nice place to live! I highly recommended it to my friends.”
