It was fun to look around and the store is clean and well merchandised. Unfortunately this store is overpriced on almost everything, especially on upscale brands. I mean, ridiculously overpriced. )as a very seasoned consignment shopper, I was floored)
I saw several dated, preowned shoes or clothes for $100+, $200+. What?! I find better deals shopping retail sales.
Don’t expect trendy labels like Free People or Anthropologie. This is not the store for you if you are looking for upscale value for your dollar. If you’re shopping for Chicos and Ann Taylor, the selection is good.

Super expensive!!! Don’t go here for a bargain! Employees act like they work at Gucci lol, it’s a consignment store.

Very nice and clean store with a great selection of merchandise. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Sally helped us and she went above and beyond. The store offers unique one of a kind treasures.

Clean and the clothing and other items are well managed! It's so easy to find sizes, etc.
The customer service is wonderful! Everyone is so accommodating! If I need any clothing, I start there 1st.

The cleanest, friendliest thrift store I've ever been to. Great selection! Super organized. They only had very nice stuff. I wish I lived close because I would definitely be back.

I love it here...both the consignment aspect and the shopping. I love getting name brand fashion and beautiful items for a fraction of the original retail price.

I appreciate you taking the time to watch the video and for the apology. I don't live in Waco, but I will try and make my way back in the next couple of days. At which time, I will update my review. This wasn't the first time I have been to your establishment, but it was the first time I was treated in such a manner. I would like to acknowledge the employee who was working near the Men's section/Jeans/ Designer Purses area. She was an absolute gem.!! I should not have left out the positive when I left this review and I apologize for that. Once again, I appreciate your sincere response and turning the situation into a learning opportunity.
Waiting at the counter, items in hand, ready to check out when another customer got in line behind me. That's when an employee walks up to the register, looks around me to the customer behind me, and offers to help her. Did I miss something!? So I move out of way...maybe I was in the wrong line....but NOPE. The employee I guess decided she didn't wanna help me. Tall thin lady...maybe late 20's early 30's, short straight bobbed hair. Today 6/18. Just happened. 1:45pm. Left my stuff at the counter and walked out. Sitting in the car writing this review. If I was in the wrong spot, have the decency to at least let me know! YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You chose to apply at this place...no one FORCED you to work here! I won't be back.

Best consignment shop in Waco. Maybe even all of Central Texas. I’ve been to A LOT of resale, consignment, and thrift stores over the years. Another Season is next-level and deservedly so. Amazing selections, quality apparel, brand names in all departments…Clothing (men and women’s), Shoes, Handbags, accessories, furniture, housewares, etc. check out their website too!! Get on the email list for last minute clearance items and secret sales, as well. LOVE THIS STORE!!
