I had taken my Service dog, Chica, to the Animal Hospital, for intermitting vomiting for about 2 weeks. I was greeted by a kind and friendly receptionist and she explained there were taking walk ins today. We only waited about 10 min. and we were escorted by a friendly assistant, Ms. S . to the exam room . We were seen by the Veteran Dr. R. who was very cautious of Chica, while doing his physical examination. He took a very thorough history of Chica. He ask many questions and explained what he was finding as he completed Chica's, examination. He explained several reasons why Chica could be having vomiting episodes. He explained several alternatives for her treatment. He was so experienced and knowledgable , we decided to do as he recommended. Needless to say, my Chica was way more sick that I realized. We will be seen in about a month for more interventions and follow up. I noticed a big change in Chica's activity level by the beginning of the second day, after giving her the medication.
I feel very fortunate taking Chica to the Animal Hospital of Waco when I did.

Don't like what I saw on the news, however they are saving animals lives. I was misled to believe they were holding a cat hostage after surgery and previously placed a bad review. That person was lying. This hospital did all they could to help & even donated to her bill! I apologize & please keep helping all of the fur babies?

Highly Recommend this office, if you have the chance to choose and pick I would recommend this office everyday, they were able to assist our dog with labor and for a very great price, staff was swift and amazing, this office and staff deserve the recognition! Amazing team 10/10 highly highly recommend.

Evil hospital scammed a woman, stole her puppy saying it was sick, and then some how it was healthy enough to sell 3 days later. This hospital should be put out of business. Return the puppy to its owner!

Apparently they like to make owners surrender dogs, which legally they can't do, then "adopted" it out after 3 days?....yeah sounds like someone lied and stole a dog. Crap way to do business. Can't say I'd recommend them to anyone unless you want your animal and money stolen.

Despite being extremely busy, with a few pet emergencies, every staff member there was super kind, checked in on us during our wait, even offered me popcorn and gave my fur baby a new toy. I have also really appreciated the fact that almost every doctor we’ve seen there has genuinely shown they care. They kneel down to greet my baby and give her love before they have to do any procedures. That truly makes an impact. It helps her feel more comfortable and it lets me know she’s in good hands with every visit.

A very nice place, they gave me special attention and helped me regardless of the fact that I did not speak the language well... Very pleased with the treatment of Cilvia and the doctor who founded this great center, well in general I was very pleased with everyone
