Really have enjoyed the service here. Staff is very respectable and things are a bit more casual here. We have brought our two dogs and still need to bring the two cats. The veterinarian we see is very nice they are willing to work with our budget to help us get the most done like shots etc within our budget. Very happy here. My understanding is that they offer boarding for cats and dogs. Really friendly and respectful to us and our dogs. Really very well pleased.

Horrible communication. Was told it was a walk in clinic and that I wouldn't be charged extra for a walk in appointment. Failed to tell me until after I waited three hours and got an appointment that they would charge me over $100. Also, had an issue with ordering medicine through them and was told to send over some papers and that they would not decline the order again. They waited until AFTER their promotion was over to decline it yet again so that I couldn't take advantage of the cheaper medication even though I sent in the proper paperwork. Not to mention, you'll only get a hold of them once for every five calls because their phone line shows up as disconnected.

If you want a vet office that judges and smirks at you for not being able to afford treatment for your pet this is the vet office for you! I called the morning of 4/10 and was met with compassion and sympathy over the phone when explaining our pets health situation, however, that was NOT the case when entering the office that same afternoon. I explained in detail over the phone what we've been dealing with for the past year and a half with previous vets and how no treatment has been giving our fur baby relief. There has been no medication or treatment plan that has worked for him thus far. We've watch him suffer and change in behavior drastically and while we value and love our pets there's only so much we can realistically afford (unlike humans dogs do not have the same health coverage with in regards to insurance because that's a route WE ALREADY TRIED). Our dog is suffering with what is beyond your typical seasonal allergies. It's constant scratching year round that has caused him to lose a lot of fur and be covered in sores. To avoid this this we've learned if we kept him in a small enough kennel expect to use the potty which keeps him from having the ability to scratch himself to the point of bleeding (Not to even mention the cancerous growth that appeared on his muzzle that I didn't even get the chance to show either) This has helped but has never been meant to be a long-term solution as we were hopeful some treatment from the vet would work eventually. Our family has seen his behavior change and his desire to isolate himself since the worsening of his condition. Due to his uncomfortability it has now turned him into being aggressive at home with our other dog whom he previously LOVED to play with. Having three small children under the age of six and one on the way I would not consider that to be safe. Sure bringing him in he probably perked up as he was with family who he loves and trusts and is having a break from his kennel that out of his own safety we keep him in however as pet owners it's our responsibility to be their advocate and their voice as WE are the ones who know our pet the BEST. With an already very tough gut wrenching decision to consider this was not one that was made quickly without prayer and months of considering and getting other opinions on to humanely stop the suffering and lack of quality of live of our very loved dog after a year and a half of following treatment plans that have failed continuously from two other vet offices to then show up at this one, pre pay almost $300.....to then be given very judgmental dirty looks by all of the office staff who didn't even give the time of day to even look at our dog up close enough to see his sores or growth on his nose (mind you. No. he is not at his worst condition since we've figured out a way to alleviate him scratching himself to the point of havning no fur and constantly bleeding) to then be told we were just euthanizing out of "convenience" and also if we cannot afford to take care of our dog then we should just take him to the already severely overcrowded shelter where perfectly HEALTHY thriving happy dogs are being put down alone and scared and not being with family who love and adore them is the most insulting thing to EVER be told. We do value the life of our dogs which is why this difficult decision was being made in the first place. It was NOT made out of convenience but LOVE and compassion. If I would've been given the time to even voice our situation while in office maybe someone would've understood because sure we can keep him alive and fed and locked in a kennel 24/7 where he can't scratch himself to the point of being bald and bleeding and covered in sores and becoming aggressive we can EASILY keep him miserably alive but as his voice I know that that is no life to live as a HAPPY AND THRIVING family dog. And I'm not going to continue experimenting with his health so that these vets who don't listen can continue sucking money out of us pet owners.

We have been at this vet for over 5 years now. My dog takes monthly medication and EVERY SINGLE TIME they ask if they have ever seen my dog after I give them my name and the dogs name and tell them I am here for her medication. They created 2 different accounts and every-time they tell me it's fix. It's extremely annoying and frustrating when we have spent $1,000's of dollars with them and they get annoyed and ask me if my dog has ever been there before because they can't figure out how to run a computer system. The vet also wanted to put our dog down in February, 7 months later after we demanded we try medication first she is living a great life! Ohh and if you get an appointment make sure to take the whole day off because you'll be waiting for hours. The office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time I go in there (once a month) there is someone else in there complaining about service Our dog is old and just on meds now, but they will never see another animal of ours.

He's retired, but the hospital and other vets are great.

I brought my dog in and the vet had to run test had ear infection. I was charged a ridiculous amount for this test. Called to get results for the results no one could find where test had been done and no Dr notes on the findings. Had to go to another vet and have it redone.

It looks like all of the good vets are no longer here. I was scheduled to see a particular vet and have shown up for two different appointments in the last month to be told that he was not in and I would be seeing someone else. Each time I was not impressed with the new vet that we saw. They were not thorough or attentive. I am not impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. Perhaps it is new management? I am not sure. But I will not go back.

Dr Fromm and Rafferty are not with them and more and the whole place is being run poorly. They don't care about service, they were very rude at the service counter. They don't answer phone or return phone calls. It is just a big change, and if we knew the two best vets were not there we would never went there. I could say alot more but I just would not go there again. Take your gamble if you go there. Absolutely no professionalism at all.

This is the most loving, caring and professional vet we've ever been to! My dog jumps up and hugs them like family every time we go there! We have seen photos of staff laying on the floor snuggling a dog awakening from anesthesia. There are not many vet staff that would do that! You will love this place!

I have had productive interactions with many of the Vets on staff at this location. They have all taken the time to discuss concerns and treatment options for each of my animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). Sometimes there is a long wait for treatment as all staff is booked to capacity and partly due to COVID-19 restrictions.

They caused my dog to die. They prescribed her medication and dosed her wrong. I had 2 other vets verify but by then, it was too late.

If I could give this vet 0 stars, I would. I took in two cats to get their vaccinations and all they got was dewormer and flea medicine that I had to apply myself, and they did not give them the vaccinations I asked for. Furthermore, the receptionist, vet tech and vet did not communicate. I took my cats to a new vet, and they can't get this vet to send them their records after trying multiple times.

Both my dogs have been here A LOT and I really like the veterinarians here. I've seen 3 vets and they have all been wonderful. Dr.Fromm is quick to respond and has always taken his time to explain everything and really cares. Not sure if Rafferty will come back but he's awesome too and was great with my dog who has since passed. I've seen Dr. B and he's super nice and has a lot of experience. The wait time is long and can be difficult to get a hold of the staff but it's definitely worth it!

I honestly don't know how this place is rated 4 stars. I brought my new cat here over the vet I had previously used for my late cat. The first trip was in September 2020. They're only doing curbside because of COVID- I get that. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and checked in through text. I sat there for over an hour past my appointment time for someone came to get my cat. I was on the edge of leaving, but didn't, today, I had a follow up appointment. I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment time. 45 minutes past my appointment time, a rude lady came to my window and asked why they were seeing my cat. She didn't have a clue why I was there. I informed her and she took my cat back. Another 30 minutes later she brought my cat back to me, and her poor attitude was still present. Reception called to get payment, which was $25 more than I was told when I made the appointment. I asked her to send my records as I wouldn't be back. She brushed over that like it was nothing. No inquiry why, no apology, nothing. I think the issue is they have more clients than they can keep up with, especially during a time of COVID. I'm going to lighten their caseload and take my cat elsewhere. If you want to go here, pack a meal and bring a good book or movie, because just the check in process is a wait. And good luck!

Michael Fromm, DVM is great! He talked to me about my dog, and explained how he came to his diagnosis.
