Waited 20 minutes for a drink at the bar because the manager had all the employees up front chit chatting. After our party finally got our drinks, we waited in line up front for over 30 minutes. That was how long it took them to take care of one small party. There were only 2 other (small) parties in front of us. We ended up leaving line and went to Top Golf. Funny enough, we ran into the couple that was in front of us there…. Place needs a LOT of improvement before it’s worth going to again. 2 stars only because of how polite the bartender was with us.

Staff is OFTEN hard to find when lanes have problems. Players shouldn't have to go hunt down staff. Often leagues have trouble getting copies of paperwork due to staff not knowing where paper is or how to run copier. Snack bar is ALWAYS out of something needed to make menu items. Shall I go on? Waco needs another actual bowling alley again!

Our first time to bowl at Bowlero in Waco. DJ and his staff were super friendly. The lanes were nice and we had a great time.

Prices are terrible. Nearly 60 bucks for 2 people to bowl. Go to main event.

I will leave this at 3 stars (Neutral) for now.I have known of this business for a long time, never had the chance or the curiosity to visit.I do enjoy bowling which is why, I was looking for somewhere else that isn't Main Event.I got a groupon deal , which basically was 2 hours of bowling and a 2 person shoe rental. Pretty snazzy deal if I say so myself.I went on the only day of the week where I am able to do something after work by myself (Thursday). Usually I just like to go to places have some beers and just relax. That was my intent here. Pulling into the parking lot, it didn't look too busy, I wasn't expecting to be given a lane immediately, but hey I figured lets just see how long of a wait.I walked in and there was a group being serviced at the counter, I waited maybe like 8 minutes before It was my turn. Looking around, the place seemed pretty cool, just straight up ol' time bowling alley feel. Of course there was like 10+ lanes open, but that really doesn't mean anything. I know some people complain about "there is like 50 lanes open and they don't have a spot for me". That's not how it works, its about the place having a server to be able to serve, at least I think that's how it works.Anyways to make this long story short, I basically was told they don't have any lanes for me and to come back around 9pm or 10pm ( It was 4pm at this time). That shocked me completely. I wasn't rude or anything, and the person who was servicing me was friendly about it, though I won't lie and say I wasn't disappointed. I will try again, and update my review score accordingly based off my visit. Thou if I get told again to come back tonight or whatever again, I will be forced to drop my review to a 1star and hopefully request a refund back from Groupon.

1st time I've been bowling in years we all decided to go I had an accident a few years back found out my shoulder doesn't move that way anymore so I tried left handed it was fun

Such a fun and exciting environment to be in. I came across an employee named Eric, super friendly and welcoming person as well as a new friend. I can say thanks to him and his work ethic, my friends and I will be returning often.

Was told that all lanes were full and the wait time would be over an hour even though we could see that more than half the lanes weren’t being used. That’s the second they’ve turned us away claiming they are too full. Will not ever try to give them my business again! Super rude too!
