Collin and the service department at Allen Samuels were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided service for my RAM quickly and at a fair price. The experience far exceeded other service departments I've been to, and I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to ask a customer service advisor about getting my Ram 1500 limited longhorn serviced for maintenance and I was completely ignored. I guess based the way I was dressed I didn't look like I had any money. I stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me at the desk. I had several advisors just walk right by me and completely ignored me. I guess this dealership did not want to make any money because it seems their customer service values are pathetic. I'll just go to my local mechanic shop instead I will never go here again.

First off I would like to say THANK YOU to Octavius. He was the absolute best and made sure I was 100% taken care of. He overall made the buying process beyond easy and stress free. He is most definitely the man to go see!!! Everyone at the dealership are so kind, I had several people check to make sure I was okay and offered snacks / drinks the entire time. If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!

I had the pleasure of having Octavious as my first Doge Ram seller. He provided me with everything that I wanted/needed as a new mother that needed a bigger spacious car and Also a low monthly payment. He was very respectful, nice and listened to everything that I had concerns about. If I ever had to recommend anyone to Doge Ram I would definitely point them in Octavious' direction!
