My son has taken this shuttle service multiple times from Baylor and consistently had a good experience. The drivers are great and Brian is committed to the highest levels of customer service.I would highly recommend using their service. They are the best airport transportation to and from Waco from the Dallas airports.

I don't normally do reviews but I have to take the time to appreciate Brian and Airport Transportation of Waco. I discovered this company when I was frantically trying to get my college student home for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I had heard of another company but when I called to inquire I didn't get a response. Brian took care to ensure my student called me as soon as he was picked up and when he got to the airport.

The owner is a really nice guy, but there are a lot of issues. Shuttles seem to be late, and I have had to ride in someones car because the "bus was full" (what is this United Airlines?). Recently went through the straw that broke the camel's back waiting at the airport for 4 hours, then taking almost another 3 to get back to Waco.

Excellent prompt and courteous service from Richard and Brian. When my travel plans changed at the last minute and I had to get to Dallas, they were able to accommodate. Highly Recommend!

Brian was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. We landed around 10:30 in Waco and, having never been here before, we had no idea there weren't any taxi services or lyfts available. Frantically trying to call around, Brian picked up and we were so thankful. Although it was late, he was kind enough to come and get us anyways. And picked us up quickly. On our ride we chatted a lot and he was very friendly. We were thinking of moving somewhere around the area and he was extremely helpful and informative. He even offered to help us out the following days of our trip. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! If you need any form of transportation around the area, BRIAN is your guy!!!! Thank you a million times Brian!

Thank you Brian for helping us out at such a late hour. The owner Brian was very nice courteous and pleasant to work with. My husband arrive in the Waco Airport late and enterprise was closed for him to pick up his rental. I was given Brian's number from the Hotel where my husband is staying. His Driver Richard was prompt and my husband was relieved to final get to his final destination for the day. I would recommend their shuttle service. He even offered to help get my husband back to the airport tomorrow to get his rental car.

We are extremely happy with everything about this company -- the drivers have all been friendly, courteous, timely, and good drivers. We have now used them several times to go to DFW, and we would not even consider driving there again since using this service. We will be using Airport Transportation of Waco from now on. Our latest drivers were Matthew and Sarah, and they were both great!

Brian and his staff are our family’s go to guys and gals for DFW Airport transportation... Excellent vehicles, courteous and efficient drivers. Great communication for scheduling by texting or direct contact. American Airlines flights out of and into Waco are so unpredictable that it is delightful to have a reliable and dependable service available.

Owner Brian Herrera and Matthew, the shuttle driver, provided exceptional customer service and took excellent care of my elderly mother on her trip home from Dallas-Love Field. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a dependable, professional transportation company.
