Terrible Experience: Incompetent and Disorganized Glass CompanyI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Affiliated Auto Glass - Waco, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I've had with any service provider. I called them initially to have my windshield replaced, which seemed like a simple task. Little did I know that it would turn into a series of frustrating events.Firstly, when the technicians arrived at my location on Thursday, June 8th, they showed up with a windshield for a 2014 F-150, not the 2108 I requested. This basic error already indicated a lack of attention to detail and proper preparation. I was forced to reschedule the installation, wasting my valuable time.Thinking that this was just an isolated mistake, I decided to give them another chance. I rescheduled the installation for Wednesday, June 14th. I even went the extra mile by stopping by their office to ensure they had the correct windshield on the order and confirm the new installation appointment. I believed that this proactive step would prevent any further mishaps.However, today, Wednesday, June 14th, when I called to inquire about the scheduled installation, I was shocked to hear that they had no record of me or my appointment. It was clear that their lack of organization and communication was causing unnecessary inconvenience to their customers. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they had the audacity to ask me to bring in my vehicle and wait for an indefinite period for them to "try" to get to it.I expressed my disappointment and frustration, highlighting the fact that they had already screwed up twice. Yet, they expected me to inconvenience myself even further by going to their location and waiting for an uncertain period. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for their customers' time and satisfaction.In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this glass company for any of your needs. Their incompetence, lack of organization, and poor customer service make them an unreliable and frustrating choice. Save yourself the trouble and find a more professional and customer-oriented company that values your time and treats you with the respect you deserve.

When my wife's Q5 finally got a big crack from a (fixed) star, she did not want to drive around with it even though it was not in her line of vision. I called five different places getting quotes. Affiliated was $100 cheaper than the next place. Pretty much a no-brainer, especially with the good reviews they had. They asked for one day notice to get the glass. Brought it in at 8a.m. They called me at 11 and had it installed and the sensors calibrated for the auto windshield wipers. Now my go-to glass place.

This is not the story of a perfect, no problem windshield installation. It is the story of a windshield replacement that left me recommending Affiliated to family, friends, and strangers. I called Affiliated about my windshield that had a crack on a Wednesday. They quoted a very reasonable price and instructed me to bring it in that Friday. They replaced the windshield and I was on my way. However, my windshield has a rain sensor and something was off because the sensors were going off whenever I started my car. I called Affiliated. They were extremely apologetic and asked me to bring it back in the next morning. They made an adjustment and I was on my way. Then it started happening again. I called back and again they were apologetic and asked me to bring it in the next morning. I did and the problem is fixed. I was not upset about having to take it back in, because they were always apologetic and friendly. Affiliated always took ownership for the sensor issue and I appreciate that level of integrity. Do business with Affiliated Auto Glass and know you are in good hands!

Affiliated Auto Glass is AMAZING. Seriously 10/10. My rear view mirror had fallen off and needed to be glued back on and they were so attentive and friendly! My mirror was fixed in fifteen minutes and works perfectly. Plus it was only $10!!!!! They also gave me a receipt so if it ever broke I could come back and get it solved again for free. I love this place!!

If you want a glass replaced don't come to this place. Over a month and they still couldn't get their s*** together and get the glass for my car. Don't waste your time with this place.

Parking lot was packed and not accessible. Every employee I saw sis not have a mask on at all or has their nose hanging out. I asked if they'd mask up for me and was told no.

I have got my window tint and windshield replaced with a brow here! I've had my window tint for about 7-8 months and had zero issue with it so far and recently got my windshield replaced as well. The workers outside are super friendly whenever I had a issue with anything and they took care of me quick and fast.

If you need auto glass, come here. It's the best value in auto glass replacement. My insurance company referred me to Safelite and they wanted 300% more than Affiliated for the same windshield repair. The next lowest price was 15% higher. Affiliated completed the replacement in the same time it took me to have breakfast across the street.

Had a vehicle window replaced. Better price than others but it definitely shows in the quality of work. Silicone was a mess, it got on the window, on the truck paint and was very noticeable in some spots. Very disappointing.

Affiliated Auto Glass went above and beyond in repairing my rear windshield. It was a rainy day, glass was all in my truck, but they made sure to get the glass in that day, vacuum all the glass out of my truck and get it repaired and ready for pick-up before 5:00 the same day. Couldn't beat the price. Customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend this business for all your auto glass repair. They will even come to you while at work or home!
