Started out right with the inspector Wade Ott. Very professional knew exactly how to solve my foundation problem. Everyone ,especially Melony ,the Office Manager, were very professional and accomodating.Melony made the whole process seem flawless even during down time due to the rain.Juan,the crew foreman ,was easy to talk to and kept me informed of the progress. Jana, the President of Advanced was by far someone who knows what she is doing.If i have another building that needs TLC and a job done right the first time, Im going to call Advanced.

I am so happy with the work they did leveling our cottage and they did it at a fair price. We got several estimates and theirs was competitive. The only negative is that they didn't ask us to have the gas shut off before their visit (we didn't know a gas line was in their way). They came out, raised the building a few inches and then had to return to finish when we arranged with the city to have the gas shut off. Our cottage had a huge 5 1/4 inch slope in the back corner which caused a HUGE dip/slant from the bedroom to the bathroom. It's now repaired. The leveling caused some cracking in the drywall which was expected. We can now move forward and finish the work we need done on the inside. The crew was great, very polite and cleaned up well after their work. They drilled into our concrete pebbled patio but filled it in and did a good job to "match' the finish on our concrete. Attaching a photo of the fill in work--you can see it has been repaired but it's not an issue for us.

If you need work done. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and my god the speed and accuracy these guys work i s unbelievable. And the veterans discount far ecceeds anything ive ever seen. This company deserves a 10 star rating. Dont go to anyone else they are overrated and over priced. Kudos to Jimmy's crew and the office personnel very polite and friendly thanks again job well done

Jimmy checked my mom’s house and determined no leveling was needed at this time but gave my daughter instructions on how to fix the issue that led to our concerns. We are so thankful that he was honest about the matter. Definitely recommend him!

They completed the job and after a while I noticed there seems to be an issue. Jimmy came out and said wait a month. See if we get some rain and things change. The month went by. I have called, texted, and emailed and have not had a return phone call.

Jimmy came out to my place to provide an estimate. He determined no leveling needed and resolved a sticky door issue prior to leaving. A true man of integrity is truly refreshing in these days a time. ???
