If I could put no stars I would. Poor management and lack of written policy and communication for returning items. Doesn't want to work with pleasing the customer. Will.be going to the ACE in McGregor. Do not go to the one is Hewitt!

Today Jessica and Johnny were so helpful to me. I have a Dearborn heater that I needed an adapter for. It turns out that the size is very small. I needed a 9/64 adapter and they had it. Both Johnny and Jessica treated my heater with such great care. They were able to remove my old adapter and replace it with the new one. They’re connoisseurs of their profession. All of the staff there were wonderful as well. They got my heater out of my car for me and put it back in my car once everything was done. The cashiers were great in checking me out. Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t have what I needed. Thanks again

Fair, nope! They will sell you firearms at the highest price listed anywhere and then offer you nothing or pennies on a dollar with trades ins or buybacks. I'LL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. Spend YOUR dollar somewhere else.You've been warned!
